We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

A few things could be tweaked at breakfast, I found I had long waits for tea on a couple of days, also only half a pot of water which was nowhere near boiling which doesn't make good tea. Bacon was very fatty with little meat , I would expect better for the €30 breakfast charge. No option of poached eggs. Just fried or scrambled but apart from that 9/10 for the rest of the Buffet. Great selection of meats/ cheeses, yogurts etc.
It's a good , generally well run hotel. Staff very helpful.

United KingdomHad a bedroom on the top floor just below the rooftop bar which was fine except for the fact that on 2 evenings of the stay the noise from functions being held on the rooftop was quite pervasive to late into the evening. Lighting controls in the bedroom were quite finicky which made getting up for the bathroom in the middle of the night quite challenging. If there was a night light it wasn't found.
