There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located within the Old Town of Palma. It had all of the facilities you would want to have whether traveling for business or leisure. The staff are very hospital and available to help / assist when needed, and at the same time allow you to get on with your stay in a way that makes you feel at home.

The place is quite close to the cathedral and basically anything in the historic central of the town and it's easy to get there using the airport bus. The building is an old one fully renovated and with stone walls, just like on the pictures. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch and the small wellness area is good for a short relaxation as well.

It is in the old town area with very narrow streets. Their parking garage is not on site and is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Also, someone hacked their Booking account and tried to steal my credit card information.

The breakfast was great! The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions in Palma's city center.

Cold water in spa didnt work Can happend, maybe when staf put spa 'on' They should chack if all is in order....

Very well located in the old town but a few minutes walk from the closest beach. Staff was super helpful. The hotel is overlooking a private courtyard so super quiet at night. Very well appointed with spa and possibility to hire bikes.

The wardrobe door design in the bedrooms was awful and resulted in a number of head bumps among the group! The spa was very small and facilities such as the sauna weren’t available for use during our stay.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Really liked the roof terrace which had great views of the city and was open until late. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. .

The breakfast was excellent, better than I had expected. They made eggs and coffee fresh to order, and we got to eat up on the rooftop terrace with the beautiful views! The hot tub in the spa is open 9-9 and great for a soak after walking the town (which the location of the hotel is perfect for). I also love the way the lobby was decorated and that staff were at the front desk 24 hours a day. They are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The soundproofing of the rooms could be a little bit better although it wasn't that disturbing.

The hotel room was nice and clean and the location is in the city center. The staff was helpful. From the rooftop terrace there is a beautiful view to the city.

It was right in the middle of the old town The room had a balcony that had an amzing view The bed was so big and comfortable The reception staff were helpful and friendly There was a roof top terrace with a great view, we watched the sunset from here.

The only disappointing thing is that there is no place to get beach towels and bikinis dried.

We have stayed here several times now and really enjoyed our stay. One observation I would like to make is: the bathrooms need updating now specifically in the junior and main suites. Always clean but a little tied.
