It would have been nice to have a staff presence. Sheets and towels were a little thin, but not a problem.

Fantastic location in the historic heart of Ubeda, with the advantage of having parking outside the property. The reception wasn't manned and apart from check-in, when we called the number on the door and a receptionist arrived, we never saw any staff. Simplistic, clean rooms and ensuite bathroom. Bed was comfy and location was quiet ensuring a good night's sleep.

A small desk or writing surface in the room, but as I said we could use the breakfast room later in the day.

All went well. On arrival we were given a map, restaurant recommendations, and an idea of sites to visit and things to do.. The only problem was that the room needed a little desk where we could use our computer. The very nice guy who served breakfast, however, said that we could use the breakfast area during the day or evening so that was good. The complimentary breakfast included tea or coffee, bread or toast and muffins with fresh ground tomatoes, sliced ham, cheese, jam and butter in a cute breakfast room. The breakfast server was super hospitable and even made my husband a sandwich for the road as most stores and bakeries were closed the day we left which was a Sunday.

The hotel's location is really central to the historic old town. Andrea was super helpful contacting me regarding arrival and parking etc. The room was super clean and mine had a juliet balcony overlooking the street, which was charming. Definitely recommend!

Bed and pillow too soft for my and my partner's taste.

Lovely family hotel. We received a warm welcome and the necessary info about the area with great sightseeing and bar recommendations. The room and bathroom are very spacious and nicely decorated. A/C worked wonders. Breakfast served was simple but tasty. Excellent location, right next to the cathedral and walking distance to some good bars.

This is a great value hotel in a fantastic location just off the main old square Everything you need is provided (just ask if you'd like a hairdryer), and breakfast is included too. And Daniela was welcoming and always helpful. Reception isn't manned all day but that really isn't necessary when staff are close by and happy to help if you need anything. Recommended!

The room was quite small, the beds were a bit firm. My husband liked this but I was a bit uncomfortable. Also, the WiFi was quite weak.

The location to all the sights and the free parking was priceless. The breakfast was generous and very good. The proprietor was delightful and very helpful in directing us to the sights.

The only downside is that the noise isolation between rooms is not very good and you can easily disturb or get disturbed if you get noisy neighbors.

Staff was very nice and super attentive. They helped us even finding a parking spot. We were constantly asked whether we needed anything. Also, the place is really close to the interesting part of the city and still is the cheapest.

Nothing. The only problem we had was down to us not being mobile phone users - so on arrival we had to go to a hotel and ask them to phone for us. But that is our fault in this day and age.

Lovely small hotel,great location in the old town.We were able to park in the very quiet street outside which is free.Very clean.Very comfortable.Breakfast basic but very nice.Owner and his daughter extremely helpful and friendly.Highly recommended provided you're not after a luxury hotel in which case the nearby Parador might be better for you but at about four times the price
