for the price and for a 5 star hotel it is important to pay attention to details, as soon as we arrived we found the mini bar with half drinks already drunk

The way to the beach is little bit difficult if someone has disability The restaurant is good but not to many choices

A few minor issues.. I loved sitting out on the deck but we were next to a chain smoker...so it was like we were chain smoking too. Bummer but we understand it's a different culture. Also couldn't seem to work the air conditioner. Would.it be possible to have luggage racks? And this is something we noticed through Spain..no washcloths! Would have loved washcloths!

Everything about this room was exceptional. The bed, the bathroom, the deck, all the amenities. It was more luxurious than I expected. Not to mention the bottle of Cava and delicious cookies for our 30th Anniversary! Courteous 5 star staff! We enjoyed the private beach and the water treatment at the Spa. And a romantic and delicious dinner at 58. And the view from our Ocean front room? Like a scene from movie. Breathtaking. This hotel was the perfect ending to our Spain trip!

The location of the hotel is outstanding and the coastal views are just perfect. The staff were all brilliant, very accommodating and helpful. We loved our room with the stunning view and spacious balcony, the cocktails were absolutely delicious and the food was lovely. The hotel interior is beautifully decorated, creating a quiet and warm space. We can't wait to return soon.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised golf for my husband at a nearby course which he loved. The pool area is immaculate and the beach is beautiful.

Sine location is isolated, variation in daily menus would be good. Room 111 much smaller than others but charged at the same price

The internet was slow at times.

Fantastic sweeping views of the coast, every detail throughout the hotel thought through from arrival goodies and water to decor to room details. We loved the beachside chairs and pool deck, breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and the bed and room were very comfortable

The place is probably the best on the Costa Brava coast, the nature is totally preserved around which is unique, no buildings nor villa around, no one at night, beautiful spa, beach, swimming pool, restaurant on the beach, culinaire restaurant at the hotel, all looking on the sea, and what made our stay extraordinary is the professionalism and the kindness of the staff. i travel every week for business, Europe, America and Africa. This place is incredible. All the staff without exception is first class, natural, smiling, caring, .... No wonder all the people you meet come here regularly for many years (one person came since ....1979 !). A hidden gem you can rely on

Bathrooms are dated and in serious need of a renovation. Breakfast was always full and there was a wait time. Larger tables outside were impossible to get without a long wait.

Pool areas, beach, poolside restaurant, dinner by the beach, overall small feel of hotel, hotel staff, parking onsite, shuttle to and from beach, overall many positives.

The neighbourhoods north and south of the bay (Lloret de Mar, Blanes) are not among the nicest villages along the Costa Brava, so if you like to do walks or bike tours directly from the hotel there's not much choice. The hotel's beach restaurant has a superbe location and the food is good, but the service has some room for improvement.

Great views and direct access to a nice sandy beach, top hotel facilities (large pool, SPA, massage, tennis, table tennis, SUP, Yoga...), excellent room (we had a superior room with sea view), very helpful reception team, good breakfast buffet;

If there was more advice/ more options given for activities outside of the hotel that would be amazing. I wasn’t really prepared to walk 300 steps down the hill to get to the sea and then back up the hill, but it certainly made life more interesting. It does have some charm to it! If there were more options to eat, that would be good. The food was alright.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and really helpful and attentive staff. The room was nice and spacious and great location between the lively Lloret de Mar and the pretty Blanes. The beach is superb and a few other restaurant options in addition to the fantastic restaurants on site.
