Didn´t try the breakfast though the room and the hotel itself are very clean and comfortable. Nice shower without a bathtub. Very gentle staff. Would recommend it

I would have liked more choices at the breakfast buffet. I also had dinner once and the chicken I had was still raw, that’s a very big minus point for me.

I liked the layout of the rooms, the location was excellent in my situation because near the hospital and the staff was super nice and helpful!

While the room had a kettle, it did not have a fridge, which may have been useful. I thought the breakfast was expensive as the same coffee and croissant could be had in the cafe next door for much less.

Large comfortable room, good A/C and very quiet. The check in was very professional and quick. The restaurant offered very simple, well priced, tasty food in the evening.

The only thing I didn't like was breakfast. Very poor. No vegetables, no eggs. It was mostly of bread, croissants, cheese for sandwiches, ham for sandwiches, melon and rarely watermelon. It costed 11eur per person, so probably restaurant did best for this money, but still... that was quite disappointing

On the 2nd night of our stay, we went down at the restaurant for dinner at 9.45pm and we were told that it wasn’t possible to eat… it seems that the restaurant closes at 10.30pm. We found a typical Spanish restaurant just across the road, food was not bad. In the room, there were coffee mugs but there weren’t any spoons to stir the coffee.

Fridges in the rooms would be good. and also the bar closes to early 1 am would be better especially if you arrive late as I do, please also put milk in the rooms for the tea and coffee

If I am working in Tarragona I always use this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are very spacious. and the tea and coffee a great benefit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. there is a gym open 24/7 great ideas.

While there is a kettle in the room, there is only tea and instant decaf coffee in the room. We were told upon check-in that there was no coffee in the rooms, only tea. We could not understand why tea and decaf coffee was furnished but not regular coffee. When we arrived we opened the window to let some fresh air in. When we went to bed, I tried to put the air conditioner on and it would not work. It was a very warm night and uncomfortably warm trying to sleep. When I told the clerk when we left the next morning that the AC was not working, she asked if we had tried to turn it on while the window was open. She said the AC will not work if the window is open. While I certainly would have closed the window if the AC had worked, I had not done so when I tried to start the AC. There should be some sign in the room or the guests should be told at check-in that if they want to use the AC, they must close the window.

The room was clean and roomy. We had dinner at the restaurant and the gentleman tending the bar and waiting tables was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good as well.

Nowhere to park the car when trying to check in. Had to double park outside the hotel and run in to check in and then park the car in the car park across the road. Then go back for luggage from the car.
