To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainWe travelled with two cats and booked this place because it was pet friendly. However there were 0 facilities in the room for the animals. No bowls, no pet corner not even a bowl for the water or any pillow they could relax on as they were not alowed to be in the bed...
A pet friedly property which we booked because we missed flight. Its like 15 min from the barajas airport by the taxi. I love the fact they offer their own shuttle to the airport- a big plus as the airport taxis are so expensive!

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, with nice on-site facilities that are open almost all day and into the evening. Also a shuttle to the airport.

I left my coat in the complex, it wasn't handed in on the day I was leaving. we returned to the hotel 3 days later to check in for another night ( airport stop over ) the reception staff member Dona Matey remembered me and brought the coat out to me. I was so grateful,. The restaurant team were very helpful selecting wines to suit our taste. The airport shuttle was also fabulous

United States of Americathe shuttle wasn't running and we were told it would be, so I had to take a 30 euro taxi to the hotel when I arrived early. Plus the electric vehicle charger was broken so we had to return the rental car and get a gas vehicle.
Close to airport with a large room. Staff polite and helpful. Nice to have cafeteria onsite. Quiet when windows were closed.

FinlandIt was very hot, we tried to put the ac on cooling and the coldest but i blew hot air in, so we had a hard time sleeping.
It was beautiful and in a good location, close to the airport but still very quiet. Also we were happily surprised to get a free ride to our terminal!

GermanyThey provide shuttle service which is great but if it’s full, travelling with a pet is not confortable at all since the pet must be in a transporter and there’s no space for it in the car, so better get a cab.
It’s super close to the airport and they accept pets so I’ll definitely be staying here often since Madrid is a usual layover for me and I rather let my dog rest a bit before boarding another flight. Staff is super nice.
