The lady at the reception was quite rude when we expressed our disappointment that the booking.com website did not indicate that the indoor pool was still closed in March. The breakfast was very mediocre and the rooms showed signs of wear and tear. Perhaps the quality of service at this hotel is better during the busy tourist months, but our visit in March was disappointing.

The hotel was clean and the location was very good. Breakfast for a 3star was excellent.

I was disappointed that the indoor pool was not up to standard. Round the edge of the pool was rough, and the handrail, at the steps was not at all secure, and I therefore couldn’t use the pool, as I needed the security of a handrail to get in and out. The handrail should be mended as a priority.

Both swiminpools are quite nice and allow you to relax after travelling around the region. The staff are really kind and helpful, everything is very clean and they respond quickly to any question or need

We had a very good stay at Hotel Senderos and enjoyed using their indoor swimming pool every day. Their breakfast was good and their service was polite and quick. We would certainly stay at this hotel again as it was very central to Agua Amarga.

In the center of our bedroom was a bath which we didn't use and we think was a waste of space. We would have preferred a chest of drawers in that space.

Small, clean, friendly

Walls around the pool area needed painting but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment it just let the place down as everything else was so good

The room was very clean and comfortable, a lot of choice for continental breakfast. The owner was there to greet us with a smile when we arrived, and very helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
