This was a perfect stopover for us, not far from the motorway. Checking in was very easy. The suite was just as described and was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided apart from something to dry the dishes with! Had to use one of the towels but otherwise everything was perfect

During the night, there was a guest in the room beside opening the tab every 5 minutes. We heard everything. No soundproofing whatsoever.

The hotel is brand new, and it shows. The staff is polite and helpful. The room was bigger than expected, with a separate living room/kitchenette area. The pool is small,but perfect for the hotel size.

They cannot enable Heating or Air Conditioning to individual rooms. The entire building uses one or the other. Some days it was very warm, but I was unable to use the Air Conditioning because the entire building was set to Heating (they change it based on the time of year), so if you're not used to the heat, it can lead to some uncomfortable days, especially trying to sleep.

It's a bit difficult to get to, but with Google maps It was okay. The area is in development, with bare lots, new apartment complexes, etc. The room is small, but for two people was more than adequate. It's not charming; we did not see any restaurants or any local activity nearby. Somebody must have decided that this area is going to be developing; we were there early. If you are looking for an authentic experience of what normal life is like in Spain near Valencia, you're likely to be disappointed.

In February 2024, the price was outstandingly inexpensive (64 euro). The reception lady was very accommodating, and the room itself was immaculately clean. We could park immediately in front of the hotel. main entrance. There appeared to be few other people vying for parking spots. Coffee and orange juice in the morning was extra, 6 Euros per person, but was not unreasonable. For a one night, quick stop-over, it was what we had expected and we were more than satisfied.

You have to know that the location is next to an industrial area, 1.5 to 2.5 km to the center with restaurants.

Missing fridge in the room. Unusual, especially when the outside temperature is over 30 degrees celsius.

The hotel itself was fine, but the breakfast was very disappointing. The food selection was very limited, and what was offered was not tasty at all . On top of that, many items simply ran out and were not replenished, so there was often hardly anything left to eat. Finding a place to sit was also a problem, as the breakfast area was too small and overcrowded. For the price, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth booking with breakfast included.

Basic breakfast, no high chairs for babies. No cots available. Room smelled funky, like a mixture of dampness and broccoli. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Overall was ok but failed to have comfy enough beds or amenities to repeat or stay for more than one night.

Convincente kitchen, very clean. Very good shower pressure The pool although small and not deep, was perfect for small children. Lovely receptionists. We like the option of the vending machines although we missed that it did not sell big water bottles, only small ones. Close to shops. Very quiet location.

Somewhat remote from the town centre. One receptionist lovely but other two miserable & disinterested. Rooms on the ground floor suffer noise from reception early morning.
