When I arrived initially I thought the hotel was further out from the old city than I expected but once I figured out the very regular bus service this was not a problem. The staff in the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. Evana who was the receptionist for most days of my stay was exceptionally welcoming and gave great advice on places to go and restaurants to eat in. My room was spotlessly cleaned every day

Our balcony sadly didn’t get any sun at any time of the day so the room was dark , but I guess we weren’t in it very much , the restraints around that area were a bit limited but not too far to walk into Palma central

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English , it was very clean and our towels were changed every day , breakfast looked nice although we didn’t have any , handy place for bus stops etc small parking area , all very good , the shower was excellent hot and powerful

Housekeeper starting around 8am and waking you up. Tried to come in our room at 9am!

Good location 20 minutes walk from Palma cathedral and nice cafe around. Car park in front of the hotel for 11€ per night.

The room we stayed in you could hear everything from the hallway.

The hotel staff were all so welcoming, approachable and accommodating - couldn't expect more from hotel staff, they were brilliant. The hotel was clean and what you would expect for what you pay, basic rooms but all you needed. Location was okay, easy walk to the city centre and very close to the harbour.

I liked everything to be honest, maybe I would suggest that they could have a better coffee machine in the lobby bar since the one they have now is not good, but apart from that everything was excellent.

Facilities were spotlessly clean and decorated with style. The staff was also very accommodating and attentive to us, provided tips on the main attractions upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean.

If anything, I would probably not pay for the breakfast again as it was quite simple (although nothing wrong with it).

Amazing staff! Really helpful, friendly and welcoming. Good hotel, location and rooms. If staying a bit longer we would really have enjoyed the terrace which we did not have the chance to do this time. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect for the plans that we had. Everything was really clean and the staff was helpful and nice. The room had a balcony, which is always a nice addition.

Staff seemed reluctant to help when things were reported broken in the room. They did change my room which led to a much more satisfactory stay, but doors with locks not working, TV not working, toilet cistern won't stop running - these are elementary items that housekeeping should have got sorted before renting the room. Such little things that make all the difference between good and poor.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The Hotel is located near (10 minute walk) the harbour and the bed‘s and bathroom were clean. More towels were handed to us upon request. The Hotel offers breakfast for a low price. What I liked the most is that Zurbaran is not located in the centre of any bars/clubs or any crowded streets so it‘s very quiet.

A little way out of town, but the walk was level.

Breakfast was excellent with a full range to cover most tastes. Hotel was quiet, we slept well and the neighbourhood was good. Several pleasant restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were superb.

Really lovely decorated lobby and lounge area, the rooms were a little basic but they were really clean and I had a balcony. All in all it was a lovely hotel.

The TV was super old and the wardrobe was badly divided

The balcony was a nice touch but maybe a bit too big as it was bigger than the room and we didn't use it since it didn't get sun in the morning. The AC turning off when you open the windows was nice as it didn't burn energy for no reason. The bed was really comfy

Good value for a city hotel. Slightly out of town centre but still a lively area within walking distance. Good to have a car park included in the price. Nice modern feel.
