Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe only bad thing about this stay was the salty water in the taps and showers. Felt like i was washing my self with salty sea water. Brushing teeth was the worst with that water and just had to use bottled water to wash my face and brush teeth for the rest of the stay.
The location, very close to a small beach, nice restaurants and bars. Very nice staff and the all inclusive food stood out to me as its the only all inclusive I’ve enjoyed all the food ive had.

United KingdomThe rooms all need a little bit of TLC - the shower head in our room kept falling on our head which was a bit scary when showering with a baby. The rooms all need a bit of a diy job - painting, fixtures updated and grout re filled. The fridge in our room didn’t fit in the kitchen unit and stuck out. The kettle was broken and when switched on would boil unless turned off directly. This is dangerous and a fire hazard. The life saving equipment could do with a refresh too. It would be nice to see a lifeguard walking around too.
Great location, amazing food and such friendly and lovely staff. Great layout and bar area

United KingdomWasn’t a great selection / standard of food - this could be improved.
The hotel had very good pools with super friendly staff who were always happy to help. Good value for money if you’re doing all inclusive!

LebanonCleanliness (There were ants everywhere), the water tastes weird when you're showering and brushing your teeth, like you're showering with salt water.

IrelandLoud at night from karaoke bar next door. Shower and sink water was salty, bathroom floor always wet as shower curtain was not great for keeping water in the shower.
Good location, nice square of restaurants / bars / shops right down the street. 15/20 minute walk into Cala d’Or port and town centre. Helpful staff. Good place for families as there are lots of activities on the premises.

United KingdomThe food was a bit repetitive and not always hot enough - but fairly standard all inclusive offering, and there was always something that was fine to eat. A bit disappointed that cava was not included in AI - first time I have been to a hotel in Spain that did not offer this in AI package!
Location is great - 2 lovely beaches within 5-10 minute walk, more beaches and the Marina also within walking distance. Staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly in particular Assili who helped us greatly to plan trips out and gave local restaurant recommendations, Marta on reception who was super friendly and helpful, and the cleaner (sorry we did not get her name) in our block (4) who was great every day! The room was a bit dated in places but everything worked and the beds were very comfortable. We chose all inclusive so didn't really use the kitchen much but it was well equipped if we had been self-catering.

AustraliaThe rooms did not have any complimentary tea or coffee, despite having a kettle. There also wasn’t much space to cook if we wanted to. The water from the tap was undrinkable, but that’s not the property’s problem, just need to buy your own water. Our room was at the very back of the property with a fence and old gate nearby, it would’ve been awesome if we could use that gate to exit easy but it is closed off.
Loved the location! The staff were so lovely as well. Awesome pool facilities and the bathroom was clean and new towels were provided every day. The views from the balcony were exceptional. Beds were comfy but the double bed was just 2 single beds pushed together with seperate linen.

GermanyAt first we were put in an apartment on the 2nd floor. It has no balcony, passage via steep stairs, very windy, accommodation is like being on a roof. It really is a roof.
The ground floor apartment is very comfortable. It has its own terrace, access to the pool.

United KingdomOurdoor walkways to rooms were not lit up at night so we needed to use the torches on our phones. My bed was extremely creaky, so I had to use the sofa bed. It was large and comfortable though.
Room was spacious. Pool area was large with plenty of beds. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Had a good view overlooking the pool.

United KingdomDuring our 3 night stay the cleaners kept on walking into our room and all times day and night without knocking! We were woke up a few times at 6am.
Extremely good value - 20/30 min walk into centre, good facilities like pools, entertainment ect. Opted for bed and breakfast, was okay nothing special by any means but definitely filled a hole! Recommend getting breakfast on of the cafes close by for only €7. Restaurant manager was extremely rude but apart from that staff were okay. Room was spacious and clean! Lost of ants so don’t leave any food around the room!

SwedenI am completely shocked. My mother is injured, and this was her first time leaving the house in 7 years. Upon arrival at the accommodation, I was met by a rude young woman at the reception who treated me terribly. I work in customer service myself, so I’m used to handling difficult situations, and I always approach people in a kind and respectful manner. She mocked me for not speaking Spanish and offered help to my father, who speaks Spanish, but not to me. This happened several times during our first few hours there. When we received our keys, we entered what turned out to be the worst imaginable apartment. Everything was broken and dirty — the shower was damaged, the table was broken, the towels had holes in them, the stove was filthy, and the toilet was unclean. In order to even stay in the apartment, we had to clean it ourselves. I politely asked to change rooms due to all the faults in the apartment, but the receptionist insisted it would not be possible. She also pointed out that a Spanish family was staying in the room next door to the one I suspected might be vacant, and made it clear we wouldn’t be given any assistance, despite the fact that we could not remain in the room we were assigned. I explained that my mother has underlying health conditions and could become seriously ill, but we were still denied any help. I had no choice but to urgently book another hotel, to prevent this trip — the first time in 20 years that our family had the chance to travel together — from being completely ruined. Only after we had booked the new hotel did the staff suddenly try to “fix” everything — but by then, it was too late. Now they are claiming that they tried to help me, which they absolutely did not. And they refuse to offer any compensation for the nights we were forced to leave. I’m heartbroken.
