There were no trash cans in the apartment, not even in the bathroom. Just a large plastic bucket that I assume was for that. The sofa was super old and dirty. If you arrive after 6 pm you're supposed to pick up the key from a nearby hotel (you receive an email with all the information when you book), we did that, only to find out that it wasn't necessary as that email was not updated... they were aware of that and I guess they didn't bother to change it.

Location is good, close to the beach. Apartment is spacious and airy, with nice large windows. You have a few vending machines that can be useful as there aren't many shops around.

The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. Besides that the curtain was way too short for the windows so it stayed bright all night in the room. So for sleep the room was pretty bad, everything else about the room was great thoug

I liked that it was so close to the beach, the village it was in was very quiet and not busy at all. We had the top room which had a spacious terrace and the room itself was nice too.

The overall condition of the facilities is not perfect. Noisy neighbors + thin walls.

The room felt unfinished - the shower flooded the bathroom floor and there were very minimal furnishings. We were also disappointed to learn upom arrival that if you arrive after 7PM, you must go to a different hotel to check in.

I was woken up several times by someone in the apartment next door coughing. I was surprised to hear that. Reception personnel are only in attendance from 2 or 3pm to 10pm. Check-in doesn't start til 3pm. The washing machine rubber seal was moldy. It needs to be dried each time it is used, but there are no cloth or paper towels provided to do this. An electric clothes dryer would have been great to use. There were two drying racks that would work well in Summer, but since check-in is not til 3pm, there's hardly time for things to dry overnight in October. There were also no tea/dish towels to dry your dishes with. I used the blue dish washing square to try and wipe the dishes but it was hardly adequate. If I was staying for a family holiday I would want a dishwasher and clothes dryer. (Please note: we were told there is a common laundry on site that is open certain hours and you need coins to operate.)

Convenient, about 15 minutes taxi ride to El Prat airport. Nearby beautiful beaches, many cafes, restaurants and even a supermarket within walking distance. The 2 bedroom apartment had one larger bedroom with a double/queen bed and wardrobe plus a smaller bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe. There was a pullout bed in the lounge in the living room as well. There was a small dining table and kitchenette with a microwave, 2 hob stovetop (maybe induction)a sink, and tap, kettle and toaster are in a cabinet, as are plates, cups etc and cutlery in a drawer. In the kitchenette there is also a clothes washing machine -great for a family holiday or if you like to pack light and use a cabin bag only for luggage and need to wash clothes once a week. (Sadly, there's no dishwasher) The bathroom had a shower, sink and toilet. The lobby was open when we arrived at 1pm, but personnel weren't in attendance until later. Check in starts at 3pm.

The bed was not healthy for me. Back home in Ghana, I sleep on orthopedic bed and so I found this one uncomfortable

No free parking at the property, no water boiler, warn out sofa, no drying reck, shower leaks water everywhere, nobody at the property at night to control partying guests! It says on the wall at the reception: feel yourself at home, some of the guest literally do! They arrive at midnight and play loud music, sing songs, smoke and talk very loud right under your windows...others party all night...

Room service is only once a week, only two trash bags for a week, a lot of ants in the room, room and bathroom are pretty old, pool is not very clean, no anti mosquito net on the windows, some water in the parking and as the result a lot of mosquitos there, laundry has not been cleaned for a while.

Good location, close to the sea, restaurants around, underground parking available in the hotel but for extra payment. My personal opinion that rooms facing pool are better as it is pretty quite there. In our room air conditioner was working fine.

We would have liked more pans and kitchen utensils. Also, the air conditioning was initially not working, and it took about 30min to get it going.

The location was great - In a well-kept and quiet neighbourhood, yet 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants, The apartments were very clean, modern, and spacious.

Clean apartment and friendly staff. Location was a 20 minute walk from the train station but that was fine for us. There are buses for people who don’t want to walk.

Not working juicer and toilet cistern. It could be cleaner since there were places with a lot of dust. Not satisfying number of cups, kitchen amenities. Dirty, dusty sofa.

Staff was really friendly and nice. The location is also very nice. Clean towels and sheets. Beds comfortable.
