Smell of the chlorine in the room, on the corridord and at the Spa!!! Food could be a better quality. Bread was Lidl quality, meat and vegetables were supermarket quality. Very little local food.

Food wasn’t great - except for breakfast which was excellent. We booked a sea view room and this was on the ground floor so couldn’t see the sea on our terrace unless we stood up to look over the wall

Quality of the food, just compared to other Fuerteventura hotels, simple things, like fresh fruit- little variety and was kept it the fridge precut, absency of peanut butter. Also sunbeds were not most comfortable.

Not crowded, plenty space by the pool, staff is superb, a lot of polite attention, prices are reasonable at the bar ant restaurant.

Food was decent for what it was, but I don't feel we got our values worth.. Drinks being included would have helped a lot. They weren't expensive though.

The hotel staff were great. Tom, Elena, Carlota & Ameliana. They were all really polite and helpful. Everyone was to be fair, too many to mention.👏🏽 The room was lovely and spacious, bathroom nice and updated. Our room location made sure we weren't disturbed/disturbing others, they are accommodating if you actually ask. They left us a nice surprise in the room for my partners birthday.😉 I can see where some would say the decor is slightly dated, but I noticed it seems to be the common vibe on the island when deciding where to stay...🏝 The location was ideal. A beach is on your doorstep, it's beautiful, water is clear and it isn't freezing. Loads of crabs and fish near the rocks! So lovely to see. Chipmunks too... Tooooo cute and friendly 😍 Only a short walk to the left OR right along the beach path takes you to shopping centres. A harbour on one side where you can book excursions, eat, watch and a nice gift shop. We done an underwater boat trip and rode a camel! 🐫 They do have evening entertainment, it was a bit oldish for us, we are (early & mid 30s) but we did miss the first few days of the week where they had other things on also.🥂 A lot of the older generation at the hotel and families with young children. We saw some fun looking kids clubs going on when we were walking in and out of the hotel during the day.. I had steak and prawns most nights (chef section at the buffet). My partner had other bits. There was a selection. The restaurant by the pool was nice, veal was juicy! Staff there always nice too.🦐 It does tell you on boards around the hotel which restaurants are open on each day. I was honestly put off by some reviews I read closer to our arrival. (Only read the good ones when booking 😅) But once we got there I was so grateful that I had seen the bad ones, I really wonder how anyone couldn't enjoy this place. It was great for the few days we stayed.

Few small things! Dated decor, scruffy signs by pool. No meals or snacks in lobby piano bar. No USB plugs (standard nowadays) and not enough plug points by beds. Shower heads not clean, had to chase twice for robes.

All the hotel staff were superb, the overall atmosphere within the hotel was excellent. A special mention of the general manager, without his drive it would not function like it does.

I wasn’t crazy about Caleta de Fuste, I prefer Corralejo as you have more choices for restaurants and bars.

Amazing hotel, staff and location. Suitable for couples, families or groups. Food excellent. Breakfast excellent. It’s a large hotel but staff have the personal touch. They are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Great pool and it’s right next to the beach, shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Spa is stunning and treatments were top class.

Just a suggestion: after few days the breakfast gets monotonous so will be great to have some food which is changed.

Breakfast had a lot of variety and had lot of healthy stuff like fresh smoothies . Room was very spacious and Bed was very comfy. Spa and other facilities were great. Overall very good stay and will definitely return back.

Service in two restaurants was very slow and the quality of food could be improved. Bathroom tiling cracked and needs slight attention.

It was classy and probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in abroad.

The hotel needs a makeover. Very tired and dated when you leave the reception area. Carpets are thread bare and walls need to be painted. Dinner time could be chaotic and the poor staff were run off their feet. Definitely more staff needed for meal times.

We loved the great staff, they were excellent. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach.

The selection at food at dinner were not up to the usual standard. The cold plates were warm. The quality was fabulous but we expected more options.

Service was exceptional. The guys behind the bar made us feel very welcome and accommodated our needs too perfection.
