Unfortunately, overtourism is an issue in the region of Los Cristianos / Playa de las Americas / Adeje. However, Tivoli Caleta is very well located in the more quiet and less congested area of Adeje. Unlike in Playa de las Americas you may even be able to park in the street (the hotel is also offering valet parking) and you reach TF-1 motorway without congestion for any kind of excursions. The hotel is not that big as other huge hotel complexes in the area and is thus offering more privacy and calm. The hotel is located at the waterfront and you can easily reach Playa del Duque in three minutes via the shore path. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with terrace. Personnel highly professional and friendly. Excellent breakfast. La Caleta with fine restaurants (e.g. Masía del Mar) is in walking distance.

I loved everything, but a few tips, which would make our stay even more amazing: - changing table at wc in public area - extra furnitures on the balcony: our balcony was so big and nice, for sure it was possible to put a small sofa and a drying stand for swim suits (it does not dry in the bathroom so quick).

We really enjoy our stay at Tivoli. Our room Premium Double with Partial Ocean view was spacious and comfortable with the big balcony. It was ocean front, but on the 3rd floor, still the view was amazing. The breakfast is great and varied. SEEN restaurant is something special with a great view. Around the hotel it is quite calm area, which we enjoy. 15 mins away there is a nice village - La Caleta with a few restaurants with a spectacular view (better reserve in advance). Very little! One small point would be to suggest staff retraining occasionally - in some areas, noteably the bars, some of them were more interested in chattiing amongst themselves than watching to see who came in and sat down and needed serving. Several times we had to go to the bar and order ourselves.

Breakfast was amazing and all the food was good. Room was exceptional with lovely views. Gardens to the hotel are beautiful and very well laid out.

I think when it is really busy the hotel struggles to cope - especially with breakfast. Didn’t like the idea of paying extra to use certain parts of the hotel- it’s expensive already!

honestly, nothing !

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We knew the hotel when it belonged to Sheraton, so most of the facilities were familiar to us. Tivoli did a great job in redecorating the hotel. The hotel loungebar is just such a great place to have a nice drink or cocktail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was always kind and exceptionally friendly. Well done Tivoli, you succeeded in increasing the standards of this hotel in a very positive way.
