We had to change rooms as the safe was not working and this was unfortunate but both rooms could have been cleaned better - we mentioned this to reception as we left and I am confident they will address this with the staff concerned.

Great location lovely staff on reception and in the tapas bar, restaurant and bar all were good. Beds were very comfortable and balcony and bathroom were lovely.

TV channels ( for UK only BBC World but constantly breaking up so unwatchable. Car park, just installed barriers & pay machine charged us ,€19 for approx 18 hrs overnight. Luckily free for first few days as not properly set up. We stayed for 1 week so bear in mind when looking at cost.

A comfortable well equipped room. Not overly large but had fridge & great shower. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very friendly. About 25/30 mins walk to Jerez centre. No hills. Bar prices very reasonable .

There was no tea/coffee in the room but you can request a kettle at reception and get a cup and saucer from the bar. The indoor pool was cold the first few days and the changing facilities are very poor. Best a quick nip down in your own bathrobe!

Smart central areas in the hotel. Recently refurbed. Gardens looked lovely and were being reseeded for summer. Comfortable rooms. The deco a little dated. Lovely big spacious balcony. Staff all very helpful It is a little way out of town. Brisk 20min walk or there’s a bus outside the property. Good food in the Vermutari.

The hotel provided a very pleasant experience. The staff was amazing and a shout out to everyone for being kind, friendly and helpful! Morning breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety and a chef who made omelets and fresh eggs. One day the breakfast was not open and the front desk allowed me to go in and make a cup of coffee. Big plus in my books. We ate the restaurant one day and the staff were very engaging and funny! We loved them. We also did nightly drinks in the bar to wrap up our day. Again, great staff! The room was super clean. GREAT balcony! And most importantly a comfy bed. We did utilize the workout room, the pool and the sauna. A plus! We would definitely stay here again!

breakfast is excellent but unfortunately not inclusive..We chose Sherry Park Hotel because we were visiting the Andalusian horse show which is only a few minutes walk way. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is very polite and helpfull. There is no real restaurant in the hotel, but you can get drinks and tapas or a bar menu. The rooms are cofy, but the beds could be softer and supplid with heavier blankets.

A little far to walk to the centre, about a 30 minute walk, especially during the hotter weather. But this should not put you off an otherwise very pleasant hotel.

Great hotel to spend a couple of days in Jerez. In my opinion, one of the best hotels in Jerez. You cant go wrong.

This was our 10th stay at the Sherry Park and we were made most welcome by the staff who know us well. We were staying in our usual room. The hotel is constantly upgrading its standards both in the building and outside in the lovely gardens. The pool opening times were extended which suited us well. During our week stay we enjoyed the fantastic breakfasts, both from the buffet and the hot food breakfast station every day, with the breakfast service opening until 10.30. We can't praise enough the high level of staff care and cleanliness. Looking forward to next time.
