The curtains were ripped, the food/drink was overpriced and downstairs could do with a sofa. We also had to call reception every time we wanted to arrive and leave.

The bed was super comfortable and spacious and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Reception was 24 hours which was good, had our own garage.

Access to the hotel and garage is via an Entry system. Our spanish is okay but we found the instructions muddled. You have to speak to reception who give you a code to input. Then you have to put your passport or Spanish I.D. card into a reader. Then your garage number appears and the barrier opens. On leaving the instructions say to contact reception. Easier to leave than arrive. Instructions only in Spanish. Bed well used. Had dips in mattress so a bit uncomfortable. In the middle of an industrial area. No restaurants near by but Mercadona and Lidl next to each other about a 5 minute drive away.

Garage large enough for a big car. Wi-fi very good. Big modern TV. Bedroom very comfortable. Very good in-room menu. You order and later your meal appears via a dumb-waiter in the room.

The communication in English did not go very well. Initially, they misunderstood our name/reservation and gave us the most basic room although we paid for a room with a whirlpool. After some messaging with the Booking customer service, we received our correct room and a bottle of champagne as compensation for the confusion :-)

We had a room with a whirlpool. It was very cosy. The shower has two shower heads so can shower together with your partner. The food is ok. It is not restaurant quality, but it is also not expensive.

Check in/out and leaving the motel for the day is overcomplicated and relies on remote technology which is difficult when it fails - you have to speak to an intercom upon arrival and they give you your room number which you then drive to and park in the garage which is linked to your room. If you want to go out you have to call the staff from your room phone and say you would like to leave so they can open your garage door (you cannot do this yourself). At one point we'd come back from an evening out and the garage door didn't open despite calling the intercom. It wasn't easy to walk back along the road to the intercom to say the door hadn't opened. Once it was finally open it then wouldn't shut so we had to call the reception from our room phone and say it wasn't closing. This was difficult due to language barrier but that is understandable. Would probably be easier to just have a reception desk to avoid problems like this.

Really comfy bed and modern room. Felt very clean. I liked the layout of the room and bathroom and I liked having the car beneath our room for easy access. Good WiFi. Staff were friendly but you don't get to meet them as check in/out is done over intercom

What is a tv doing in the room? No channels,no acess? Thougt i was renting a room with acess to a hot tub ??? No...looked that way in booking..but not🤑🤔 Also the doors just lock you in and no keys or pin....not good...feels like prison..and yes..at least ahould have at least one english speaking because of this complex system🤣😇

Room was okey...the staff could not speak english..system to get in ok...but very complicated to go out from the room...no keys and need help to open the garage door...not being able to communicate with our kids in the next room..otherwice than with the phone 🤣 felt little bit like a prison..with no access doors and locked but bath tub was good and bed okey😁

The checkin procedure is not good. This all has to be done at the barrier gate to the underground parking but does not work smoothly and the staff had to help. There is no room key as it is all meant to be automated but again this does not work as it should . For example the garage door didn’t close and we didn’t want to leave it open as the door to the room is inside so again we had to call the staff . On leaving the premises you have to press the buzzer at the barrier to ask staff to lift it so this hotel is far from fully automated.

The room was spacious and light. Garage parking was good
