Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe building is old so the bathroom in particular looks like it was added later. It was very small. You also have to climb about 10 steps with your suitcase to get to the hotel but there is a lift after that.
The location of this boutique hotel is fantastic as you are right in the midst of the Old Town. You can walk to absolutely everything and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of beautiful Cordoba. The room size was adequate and we had a nice view of the patio. The hotel is located in a complex with six private houses but that did not create any noise. You could hear the Flamenco show at night but it only went for an hour. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

AustraliaThe rooms could so with some maintenance, bathroom door didn't close and tv and mirror hung very unevenly.
Location was fantastic. Close to the mosque and central to many restaurants and bars. Loved the decor in the restaurant and had a lovely breakfast. Nice upstairs terrace. Comfortable room to go back to after exploring

PolandThe room had zero acoustic isolation (half centimeter hole below door...). Staying on the ground floor mens that you will be waken up by large groups of people eating early breakfast. You will also be woken up by anyone having some business at reception. Probably they hear everything you do as well. Still, if you avoid ground floor, all should be fine :-) The parking is a fiction and actually should not be offered. It's practically impossible to drive to the place due to super narrow spaces (our small VW barely made it one street away with mirrors closed, but we gave up). It's better to ignore the parking offer and stay at one of the parkings around the old town.
- The room was super comfortable and clean - Location is just amazingly great: close to everything worth seeing and still in a quiet corner - Staff was very very friendly

AustriaCleanliness could have been better and the bathroom was not heated, which wasn´t really convenient in the winter months. Otherwise the room was good.
The location of the hotel is really great. In the very center of Cordoba old town. Stuff was also very kind and helpful, and provided us with some tips. Breakfast was good.

SpainSoundproofing could have been better. Windows in our room were facing internal terraces, however one of them definitely had some restaurant kitchen window. At the end of the night heard loud dish clanking, as they were washed and stored.
Wonderful staff at the front desk, overall very welcoming and gave use good, not touristy recommendations for dinning. Comfortable beds, cute outside terrace, well-staffed bathroom (dental kit, shaving kit and some other extras)

United KingdomWe were in a room right near the terrace and unfortunately there were people talking on it until around 2.30am so little to no sleep was had. If you want a quiet nights sleep I’d recommend asking for a room away from the terrace.
Beautifully decorated with an excellent location to boot. It was a couple of minutes walk to the Mezquita and had excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

AustriaIt is not recommended to arrive with a dog! Contrary to the usual fees, the hotel charges way too much extra (regardless of the fact that you have to sign a long document ("The house rules for the dog")). This is anything other than "dogfriendly". However, I received the news about the much too high price for the dog only after the room could not be cancelled. This is also legally not in order. The much too high fees must be clarified in advance, so that one can still cancel the room.

PolandSmall things really: The vent in the bathroom was interconnected with the only available light and it was very noisy. Would appreciate if it could be separated, otherwise we had to use a bedside lamp. Also, despite the shower was comfortable, it looked quite demolished from the inside (probably on purpose / remaked from old shower massage).
Great location, small but comfortable room and a terrace with magnificent view on the Mosque-Cathedral. Also, the stuff was very kind and helpful. We had a room on the internal patio so it was very silent.

SingaporeFor some reason the air conditioning in one of the rooms was leaking even though we didn't turn it on. So make sure you dont put your belongings anywhere near the AC as they may get wet. Also the shower cabin door did not close properly.
Beautiful hotel in central location, only couple of minutes walk from the Mezquita, situatied in a traditional building. The rooms (at least ours) facing patios so very quiet despite being in the center of Cordoba. There is a dance school next door and you can hear local music during the day from your room which is a bonus. Comfortable beds and pillows, good night's sleep, and well maintained local style building.

BulgariaThe room was at the first floor and had a direct view on the passage so it was a bit inconvenient as everyone can see in the room. Also the window was looking to the tunnel and there was no direct light in the room. The size was not big, but still comfortable.
Great location, in the middle of the old city and walking distance from every possible attraction. Keep in mind that if you are coming with a car that the streets are really tiny and will be hard to get to the hotel. Leave the car in the near by public parking (5 mins walk from the hotel). Breakfast was great!
