Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandBe aware that this hotel is basically 2 hotels together. Went on holiday with my extended family and we ended up in separate buildings, therefore were told that we would have to eat in separate restaurants when I contacted Booking, com and the hotel. A lot of emails later with both Booking.com and the hotel and nothing was ever resolved. We had to travel thinking we would be unable to even share meals together. Even at checking in (which was the slowest process I have ever experienced), they said we could not have rooms in the same building (although there were rooms available when you looked online) even though we were willing to pay for an upgrade if needed. After a 35 minute checking-in experience we were told to speak with the restaurant manager to see if we could eat together. Lo and behold, when we finally spoke to the person at the restaurant, they just told us that if we wanted to eat together we would just need to eat at the restaurant in our building instead of the main building. They could saved me a lot of stress by just saying this to me during the multiple emails that went back and forth. Its like the hotel reception staff and the restaurant have no communication whatsoever. I will also tell you not to bother calling the front desk, they pick up the phone but don't actually answer the call, so you are continually saying Hello, Hello, Hello like a parrot while hearing the money piling up on your phone bill and never get any closer to solving any issues. Regarding the dining experience: there is a lot of variety, however I would have enjoyed more spanish staples like paella, and for some weird reason there was never any chicken served (aside from kiddie chicken nuggets) the 5 days I was there. Also, I seem to have skirted food poisoning by not eating a very funky smelling langostine that was at the buffet on seafood night. Rooms: air conditioning was not great. We had an AC tech finally come at 1:30 in the morning to tell us the AC needed a new...
The pools and common areas were great, there were sufficient sunbeds so that you could manage to get breakfast in and still have sunbeds available when you went looking for them. There are 5 different pools, so you will definitely find one to meet your needs. There are lots of activities throughout the day like aqua aerobics or step classes, water polo, activities for the children and then mini discos and a show at night. The buffet had a lot of variety for both breakfast and dinner. The family rooms were nice, with crisp white sheets, fridges and a safe (need to pay separately for it). The location of the hotel was nice as only a block away from the beach.

BelarusThe worst room equipment I have ever seen, all the appliances for extra cost. There is no kettle, no complimentary set of drinks or water. There isn't even a toilet brush in the toilet (the same for 2 rooms we had). Cleaning the room is more for the show, the linen has never been changed. Photo service in the hotel - is a bunch of scammers who want to rip you off as much money as possible. 6 euros per photo/image, 6 photos/images minimal, 8 euros to send them by email without any printing = 44 euros just to get 6 images by email. :D
Good location, close to everything, but not as noisy area as some others. Great swimming pools for any age and for every taste. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfasts - good enough, but with the same choice every day.

United KingdomNo kettle available for room, despite asking numerous times. They were all gone, surely at the price I paid it should be standard in the room? Reception staff kept me waiting for ages, talking between themselves and ignoring me. Drunk people on balconies, lots of shouting and raised voices. Quite scary for a woman on her own.

United KingdomThe play area should have higher fencing so the kids can play football as not being high fencing the balls did go over and knock over a few glasses on peoples tables. They should be no stag and hen dos in the hotel as this is a family hotel. Being in all inclusive the bar staff we miss you at the bar and go straight to a paying customer but if you tell reception about this they will act very quickly and deal with it as this was done to me and my family. it is not made clear when you book it is 2 hotels and if you are with family you could be split up and have to eat meals separately.
the food was really good plenty to eat. The security in the hotel was excellent and the staff at the hotel was excellent if you had a problem.

As I was travelling solo I was amazed to find that I had my own twin room with a balcony . Breakfast and evening meal included, lovely staff in reception and a clean room every day. Quite near the strip and bars for entertainment , as my room was near the back of the hotel I didn’t hear much noise.
