Not enough loungers by the pool, and chairs in the evening indoor entertainment area. Also a shame that for such a good quality hotel they did provide water free With meals.

Sunbed are "reserved" early in the morning. No kettle in the room.

Perfect location. Good parking but 15€ pr day. If you are lucky you can find a parking on street. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are not very large,but large enough.

The only thing that comes to mind is that sonetimes large groups register at once, if that's the case you better postpone your question for the receptionist a bit

During our stay the main pool and outdoor gym wasn’t open, neither was the outdoor bar or second restaurant. The food in the buffet was underwhelming

Staff extremely nice very helpful at all times. We had a problem with lost luggage at airport & they tried so hard to help us. Great breakfast also,pool areas lovely.

Very nice hotel, lively lots to do with family. Very close to the beach, wide range of food options on site with their restaurant and bars. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and other attractions. Rooms are bit small but very comfortable.

While some of the food was absolutely amazing, some dishes were quite poor, such as the hamburger "meat" - was it meat? Note that these were very few exceptions. Most of the food was good or even great.

We were in a quadruble room, which was nice and clean and spacious enough, with a useful balcony overlooking the sea. The staff in the reception was friendly and nice and always did their very best to help. The same can be said about the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant. There were always free places in the parking lot, which was convenient and easy to get in and out of. The mini-bar was with free soft drinks and sweets, which were refilled every day. Overall, the food was good with great variety.

No drinking water all day around ,at arrival we spent €10 on water at hotel … no large bottle is available at hotel to purchase either.

I understand its because of the winter months but they should ideally have it mentioned on booking.com, that the indoor kids playroom will be closed in winter, just as hotels do for swimming pools.

Minibar wasn't working at first, and the technical had to be a long time in the room fixing it, when we just wanted to be alone chilling... plus the staff came 4 or 5 times to bring things every time, I don't know why it just doesn't come with one worker and bring everything at once, needed to be getting out of bed and dress fast many times but ok...

The staff recommended an upgrade to the front room, and it was the best decision to take it. The room was much bigger with a living room and a huge balcony and the best part, a huge Bluetooth speaker, which made my birthday even better.

Well, the breakfast and dinner were almost all the same each day on day 5 I wanted to go home. The Internet wasn't good enough so I was glad I could use my own mobile internet for work purposes. The tiles in the children's swimming pool are all black- if you go to the main pool most of the tiles are clean. The area around the swimming pools is not clean enough. The staff cleans/scrubs the ground early in the morning and dirt can get to the swimming pool after it was ( I hope it was filtered) during the night. The sun beds are disgustingly dirty and "reserved" by smart guests who do not appear most of the day. Toilets are disgustingly dirty and flooding. Guests without kids come to chill near the children's swimming pool and smoking there. Disgusting! No signs of non-smoking. Staff- some people were nice- but most of them were not. We had to chase the cleaning lady every day because she gave us only two sets of towels while we were 4 people ( two kids needed towels as well). The entertainment during the day was good- I liked the pool disco during the day. The night was boring- as staff spoke Spanish most of the time during the kid's entertainment and we couldn't understand. No kettle in the room and there were gaps in the floor between tiles. No mini bar or water in the room.

The hotel has a direct beach and town access which is amazing. Beautiful views during the meals from the restaurant. It has a spa. Free deposit box, free internet. There are 3 or 4 swimming pools and a children's play area, two children's pools. It offers a photo service- of course, they don't say prices but, ok. The taxi service to the airport is good and convenient.

Good layout of pools with a quieter pool at the front of the hotel. Lots of facilities within the hotel. Helpful, friendly staff.
