This place was everything we wanted. Pool was so peaceful compared to the craziness of some of the other spots we would pass when walking along the beach. Staff phenomenal. Property an over 1hr bus ride from Palma airport but we didn’t mind as the bus from the airport was so handy. Really really recommend staying here. Couple really nice food joints nearby and the rooftop restaurant in the hotel was gorgeous.

Needs a cold water drink dispenser at reception check in. Guests arriving direct from airport plus long bus trip are dry and thirsty when they arrive.

Location between the two swimming beaches is excellent. Pool water cleanliness and chlorine balance excellent. Plentiful breakfast, service staff excellent, kept the table clear of used plates etc, daily room service was excellent. I will not hesitate to stay there again. Good value for money.

- at most mediocre breakfast - spa small and partially functional (sauna and hammam not working when we were there, and there was no one to report this to - although within working hours, also pool rather small and the only working amenity)

The hotel itself was lovely. When we arrived we were given a room upgrade and there was chocolate strawberries and wine waiting for us in our room. The spa was also lovely. Breakfast every morning was so lovely and fresh and great options to choose from. The staff were so helpful.

The only thing that we were dissappointed with was the TV channels in our room were all in German...i think there should be English channels as well especially in the evening time when you want to watch a movie or get the news.....perhaps the partiton screens on the balcony could be solid as opposed to the one'es that are there where you can see clearly the person next door to you...solid partitions would give you more privacy while sitting out on your balcony and would be easier to clean for the cleaning staff.

Lovely staff that were so friendly and helpful and always had a welcoming smile on their face each day. The cleaning staff was the best we have seen...the place was so hygienic and spotless and our room was cleaned to the highest standards...hard working staff who were always working hard...the cafeteria was lovely as well with good choice of food and friendly staff.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were cleaned daily, everything was tidy and well-maintained, and the food was incredibly delicious. We especially loved the beautiful view of the nearby sea. The service was outstanding – the staff were extremely friendly, warm, and always ready to help.
