m… the cleaning staff never really cleaned during the 7 days we were there. Our bed and towels were taken care of daily, but I don’t think a vacuum or any bleach ever came near our room. By the end of our stay, it had gotten quite dirty. Since we always came back very late, we never complained, and it was something we only gradually started noticing more as the days went by.
Staff, food, place and the people! 10/10!!!! 100% coming back

Our stay at Hacienda Son Antem was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the outstanding service that continued throughout our stay. The accommodation was beautiful – spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. Every detail, from the serene surroundings to the top-notch amenities, made our experience truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was dining or general hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind in Mallorca. Hacienda Son Antem is a true gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Very very few staff members were a little less service minded, but it was not really a problem.
Really enjoyed the proximity to everything in our inquiry. We had a car, so getting around was really easy. The reception area, pool and golf course were beautiful. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a gated community, which adds to the safety, we could leave our car in the parking lot without any concerns. Staff were great!

For a new hotel it can be maintained a little better. For the breakfast eggs station I would recommend having a separate pan for people who don't eat pork and bacon.
This was our second stay in this hotel, the first was in August 2022 during the soft opening. The breakfast was good, it had a good variety but could be improved a little. The staff were always nice and very helpful when we needed anything. Cleanliness is very important especially of towels and bed sheets. Service was great keeping the rooms tidy and adding water bottles every night. We rented a car, parking was and EV chargers are available at the location. We thought the location was a good distance from Palma and from other towns and beaches. It's the kind of place I would stay in every time.

There’s no Bathroom supplies at all, I was disappointed it’s 5 star hotel even the 4 star hotel but some bathroom supplies like toothbrush, soap, shower cap and etc.. I order soap bar 2 times and they told me we don’t have how we wash our hands.

Just disappointed the pool wasn't open early to do a swim before breakfast. Food is good in the restaurant but not outstanding.
Huge variety of items for breakfast, including many local products. The rooms are huge and the bed extremely comfortable. Great convenient location for moving into the the vacation club townhouses the following day.

Bar Menu was very limited and to be honest not very good, expensive !!!!! The 35 euros buffet was I felt rather expensive for what you got 😞
