The property was old and shabby. Pool water was freezing. Dinner was 20€ and there was even no water included!!! Property's restaurant was overcrowded. The service in restaurant was very poor. The deposit for pool towels was 10€ and you should collect them in reception, not by pool.

    Nice parrot cage in reception.

The breakfast buffet was over priced. The options were limited and they did not refill the items quickly enough. Also, on the weekend the restaurant for breakfast was very crowded and you had to wait 10 minutes plus to get an omelet or eggs made-to-order. Check-in here is also painfully slow. We rented 3 rooms and it took us nearly an hour to check-in. Also, they required payment in advance, which seems odd. In general, any interaction with reception was slow and they could use additional staff members in this area - especially on the weekend.

The hotel itself is quite nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area is also quite nice and my your nephew loved the small water slide and hot tub. Unfortunately, the pool closes at 8 PM so there is no opportunity for after-dinner swims. The beach access was also quite nice. A short 5 minute walk brought you to the board walk to enter the beach area. Unfortunately, the direct hotel access to this path was hit or miss. Our key card only worked part of the time and it is quite a long walk around to the front of the hotel if your key does not open the beach access gate.

Uncomfortable beds, gym was very poor.

Good location for cycle or run, is close to the beach and the water slides for kids in outdoor pool were a highlight.

the evening buffet: first day not ok, second day was ok Good breakfast

everything: inside pool, facilities for children, friendly staff, room, ... The hotel inside and outside is very well maintained. Sanlucar de Barameda is nice to visit and closeby. A perfect stay. We highly recomend this hotel.

The service was rubbish. We both got an electric shock when turning the bed side light on, I told them and all they did was take the number of room; no apology, no report back. Food was very expensive with a lack of quality to match the price. Entertainment..... If watching the drunk men try to copy the dance routine was their intention then it was good. Asked where was nice to eat....reply was "everywhere will be closed". Very hard bed.

Is was clean. The spa was really good but the rest was very poor. I know spanish aren't good at customer service but in a hotel things should step up a gear, it didn't.

Plenty to do, which is good, because there is not much else around. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and the staff extremely friendly. Beds were firm...really firm, but the extra blankets in the closet can provide more comfort, if you need it.

Didn't like paying for WiFi, having to pay in full on arrival and having to leave a €10 deposit for extra towels for the pool area. They were also going to charge €1 if we wanted to change a pool towel, which I have never come across before anywhere! The staff were a bit surly but that's probably more of a cultural thing.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied, although very Spanish in nature (which we liked). The water pressure in the shower was great, although weirdly not in the bath. The heated indoor pool was useful. The grounds were well kept and clean. The games room was well liked by my son, although €2 only bought 16 minutes on the X Box and not the advertised 30 minutes!

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Needs updating. Needs to be painted. Breakfast was just ok.

Staff was great, location is a minutes walk to the beach. Indoor pool is great for the kids. We went in off season but the outside pool is great in the summer time.
