Nice place to stay during hot weather with kids

Entertainment was poor and all in Spanish, so couldn't understand anything, indoor swimming pool closes at 8 o'clock so if the weather isn't good there is nothing to do after that time.

    great outdoor pools

SPA in the name isn't a real available SPA

The SPA isn't included in the price, extra costs of 19€/person for only 1,5 hour. Not possible to enter with a small baby. The variety and quality of food isn't worth the money. No matter if you are only B&B or All inclusive still have to pay for the beverages.

Nice hotel, nice room, pools and the slides are amazing, the bathroom and the bed are TOP

The hotels facilities are quite good.

Overcrowding at breakfast and meals as well as at the pool. Tables are packed too close together for comfort and the layout of the buffet is such that there is constant pushing and shoving. By the pool you can entertain yourself reading the book of the person next to you or sharing his cigarette. Our room was somewhat small for the family. Not really a family room, just 2 double beds. Mattresses fairly poor quality. No free wifi (only 1 hour at reception) and extra charge for the safe. The code for the safe is system generated and cannot be changed. It is handed to you on an open A4, but is supposedly confidential. Just trust none of the staff have access to it.

The hotels facilities are quite good. My kids especially liked the water slides. There's lots of entertainment for children of different ages if that's what your looking for.

I would have like to have like a Cafe area as we did not have the breakfast or dinner included, but would have liked to have a place where we could have enjoyed nice coffee, sandwich in a quiet place. Wi-Fi free for 1 hour a day in the lobby area. Would have liked to do my emails in my room at any time rather than exactly every 24 hours.

If you go with children it is wonderful as they have shows every night and lots of activities. The children danced and played until midnight! They had a ball!!! Lovely pools.
