Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only thing is that breakfast can get a bit crowded. It would be even better if it lasted about half an hour longer.
Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

nice breakfast is included location of hotel is not in city center but you can walk or take a local bus or use a uber or taxi there is a underground parking garage but it costs extra, you can park outside if you are lucky to find a free parking space In Malaga you can find hundreds of bars coffee shops or restaurants in the city center

There was nothing except that the quilt was quite heavy and the bed was not as comfortable as i have experienced at other hotels I've stayed at. This was just a minor point, though.
Very clean rooms and well thought out with every amenity. Small details such as hooks on the back of the bathroom door, a magnifying mirror, and plenty of crockery and cutlery make all the difference. Room equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and iron/stand. Free washing nachine drier located on another floor of the building. The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, and although not extensive, it was of good quality.

Sewer smell in the bathroom a few times, but its not the most disturbing so It's fine.
Great room, clean, functional and modern. Bed is amazing. there is a secure parking (that you have to pay per day).

Parking slot is apart and it was quite expensive, 20€ per night - too greedy.
Well designed and equipped; as clean as it could be; nice staff and reasonable breakfast; not far from centre of the city.

The tea in the rooms and at breakfast is terrible if you are English and enjoy a good brew,as the tea supplied is extremely weak. I suggest you take your own. Couldn't fault any thing else
The apartment was spacious enough for the 2 of us,it was very quiet at night so sleeping was easy ,nice large comfortable bed plenty of good quality pillows and linen. The kitchen was equipped out with everything you could possibly need or want. The hotel was easy to find and get to by car, we liked the 20min walk to town and back.

Cant think of anything negative.
Great value for what you get. We got the one bedroom and it had a kitchen. Great supermarket right across the street from the hotel. Tons of free street parking. Staff was very nice and helpful.

nobody told me you have to ask to clean in the weekends! Shame but probably an honest mistake Also no bathrobes/slippers unless asked for. Otherwise it was great

Great Stay with Excellent Amenities and Friendly Staff We recently stayed at this hotel, booking a room for three people, and we were thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured brand-new furniture. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which is practical for longer stays. Another great feature was the free laundry service, which is incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was the 24/7 free coffee, a nice touch that added to the overall positive experience. The breakfast was good. Additionally, we were able to keep our luggage after check-out, which was really helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and excellent service!

Only there overnight, but the location seemed to be between a building site and the football stadium but we didn't care about the location!
We arrived during the Spanish Power Cut when our flight was cancelled late on the Monday evening. We arrived at nearly midnight to a hotel that had one plug working and no lighting or other power. The staff were brilliant !!! Despite me not having a documentary confirmation and without confirmation at the hotel they found us three rooms quickly, efficiently and without fuss. It was a superb example of the Spanish helpful spirit at its best and after a trying day we were very grateful. We thanked the staff before we left. The rooms themselves were exceptionally good. Would recommend this place to anyone
