The hotel is in dire need of a makeover. Rooms are terribly basic and a bit shabby and not dirty but not quite clean....rather a bit dusty and musty.

The location was good for walking to the historic side of town. The area was residential and very safe.

Air con was quite noisy and no balcony or area to go for a cigarette unless you went out of the front of the hotel. Breakfast quite average and confined space. Would have liked a choice of eggs. 20 minutes from the city walking.

    Nice comfortable beds.

Poor Quality breakfast. Check in not too good. The lower bed sheet was not 'done'. Fridge not working. Had to prepay 'because in the morning we are serving breakfast'.

Access by foot to the parking wasn't good.

Despite the bed collapsing (I'm very heavy!) the staff were extremely helpful and found a new rim for me.

The front desk receptionist was unfriendly to the point of hostile on arrival and we really didn't see her attitude change. The Spanish lady who took over in morning was helpful and charming - as you'd expect in a 3 * hotel.

We liked the secure garage and the bed was excellent

A bit of a hike from the historic parts of town, about 10 minutes or so.

Nice modern hotel, good breakfast, secure parking available. Teruel is a very nice city.

More toiletries in the bathroom & it's not helpful to have to drag your luggage up stairs to reach the elevator. Also wi-fi speed too unreliable.

Hard to find, as the roads are part of a new urbanisation. Not clear on Gooogle maps when preparing too. The satnav got us nearby but had to wander about to find it. Hotel could produce its own minimap to help until it is adopted by the satnav maps. The Car Park is behind a shutter to the right of the Hotel Entrance - look for a ramp and empty parking bay in front for access. You need to get a remote control to access it and to get out.

Nicoleta gave us very good attention and gave great directions in English (difficult for a non-native speaker. Good choice of food for a continental breakfast. 10 - 15 minute walk with amazing entrance to city over the bridges. A few local cafes and restaurant also available. Local park to stretch your legs too The Car Park is behind a shutter to the right of the Hotel Entrance - look for a ramp and empty parking bay in front for access.
