Needs some work to make it comfortable especially the tiles outside, they were very loose and dangerous. Not enough utensils in the kitchen eg bread knife

The property was tired , bedroom door got stuck & didn’t close properly . By renewing , adding & replacing just a few items with minimal cost . The property would have gone from OK to good or better . Simple things no sink plug or bowl for washing up . One of the chairs you couldn’t sit on . These things didn’t ruin our holiday but would have made it better. Pool was freezing this time of year too.

We were given no cleaning products. We had to buy all the basics to keep the villa clean No bin bags and no instruction what to do with waste Toilet seats were broken and villa seemed a bit tired Only left us one toilet roll! It was adequate and clean

The villas could have had a fresh coat of paint but we could see past this as it was only a minor thing.

The area around the pool had a few loose tiles. We didn't find the pillows very comfortable overall the location and price we paid were satisfactory to what we wanted.

The location of the villa is why we chose it. We have stayed before, although in a different villa. Check-in is by way of a lock box, which means you don't have to wait for someone to arrive to let you in. Any questions we had before getting there were answered promptly.

No pool clean during stay (11 nights) very dirty by the end of our stay. Outdoor seating in poor condition (2 unusable). Very noisy residential neighbour ( screaming and banging at 2am without fail every night) lasting an hour. Would have been better with Aircon instead of opening windows.

Location, price and space were good which was what we were looking for. We spent most of our time out of the villa and maybe 4 hours daily around the pool. Had everything we needed.

Lack of air conditioning, I could be wrong but when researching the two villas to stay in I recalled seeing air conditioning as available. But it wasnt I had to run down to a shop and pay basically an arm and leg to rent fans for the 2 villas for 3 days. Now i did not contact the owners during this time so they may have offered a better solution but shouldve been mentioned in the listing beforehand as during our stay there was a few nights of just pure sweating. The fixtures and doors need to be fixed up as some where clipping off the ground when trying to fully open the door. Paint on some areas where worn and flaking. The pool grate should be inspected as myself and a friend of mine and accidently got our foot stuck in the drain resulting in injury Lack of cleaning products, wouldve been nice to have some dishwasher tablets or washing machine tablets to clean up but then again I could be just petty. Please for the love of god change the wifi password, it was about 30 characters long, not sure why but it was annoying to type. Big need to have is another key for guests, for both of the villas we only had one key each and on the last day we had locked ourselves out. Now luckily we managed to get back in ourselves due to a toilet window still open but it would be the upmost piority to get spares cut to avoid anymore future scenerios like this.

The location of the villa was close enough to the main strip so it took us about 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The pool themselves where brilliant and great to lay out in specially during the hot weather. Bedrooms where also very good along with decent kitchen and sitting room.

Where should I start… not enough kitchen utensils, not kitchen roll, dishwasher, bin bags. Some plates were greasy, I had to wash all plates and cutlery first because I didn’t want to use them. Not enough toilet paper. The house could get a coat of paint and the single mattresses should be replaced, very uncomfortable to sleep.

The house itself is very nice, big and in a quiet area. Swimming pool was clean. Good location. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The outside area is nice (we stayed at Villa Christina). The house has its own parking space.

It states you can pay extra for pool heating, even though we booked well in advance there was no pool heating and I'm not sure this facility is ever available as I have requested it twice not and not had it. It should maybe be removed from the description

We requested for the pool to be heated, and agreed to pay extra for this. The day before we arrived we were told the pool would not be heated and when we arrived there wasn't a cover on the pool so I don't think it even could be heated, it was freezing cold.

Great villa with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Its a bit dated but this did not spoil our stay. Conveniently located near all shops and restaurants and the beach is less than 10 minute walk away. Very quiet location and the patio has the sun on it all day.

Pool wasn't clean. Flaking paint everywhere. The whole villa was filthy. Really disappointed especially with the pool. Family didn't want to use it and it was the reason we chose that villa.

felt villa needs a good update had no hot water for three days and toilet down stairs was a disgusting smell so got in touch with Owner and guy came Friday evening said it was known in area if water level goes down this can happen that evening it was back again so we just stoped using that toilet I feel pool should be cleaned twice a week as lot of dead flies at bottom of pool also I really think someone should meet you on arrival to explain about turning boiler on and television was no better as spoken to other families staying in villas and they were met by owners and the pool was cleaned twice a week I’m sorry but I was very disappointed with myself and sister stay they send you instructions about closing up and if bins and kitchen not left cleaned you’d be charged or pool I’d be charged all the extra expense of 30/30/60 euros

location was good only fifteen minutes walk to town but up hill so got taxi home which were very cheep
