I would have liked if the balcony was slightly bigger.

The staff in the hotel were excellent especially Cristina who helped us a lot when we had a problem. The hotel is located one minute to the beach. There is plenty to do at the hotel if you dont feel like venturing too far from the area. The apartment was exactly as advertised. The sea view apartment is exactly as it should be, we had a beautiful view.

The sliding door out onto the balcony didn’t close or lock properly, the pull out bed was broken on one side

As this was our 7th time staying there i was really disappointed to see the prices of everything had increased by at least 30% in the bar, shop, restaurant and poolside bar to the point that the hotel is now just as expensive as Ireland which is very disappointing to see and would impact or decision to return.

Everything was great from the pool to the view staff were friendly and helpful the on site services ore outstanding and the recent upgrade to hotel looks great.Rooms are great.

Very disappointed in the tribute acts not able to enjoy it due to amount of young children running about don't get me wrong its great for young families but I was there with my two granddaughters 12& 15 nothing for teenagers that I could see .in the main Bar we had to queue to get a drink understaffed.bar full due to the bad weather only one staff collecting empty glass tables full of used glasses , it would be nice if there was some light music entertainment in the main Bar at night for the older guest that aren't interested in the tribute nights .

I really enjoyed the outside entertainment in the poolside restaurant very enjoyable.I allso enjoyed a massage it's just a pity it's right next to the Gym would be more relaxing in a different location.

The WiFi access needs work very poor reception in bedrooms. I have 2 autism children who rely on Internet for sensory needs and its signal was awful at times.

The pool area was great especially with soft play area for kids.

The apartments were outdated and small. The pools were cold but could be the time of the year. Abit out from the centre but 15-20 min walk or 5 min taxi for €6.

The hotel lobby was very modern, friendly, helpful staff. The pool option was good and the closeness to the beach. Big balcony and fridge, kettle, microwave, oven and toaster. Comfy beds and air con. Didnt try the food, so cant comment.

The fridge didn't work. There should be English explanations on the vending machines. The lifts were very slow to come at times.

The apartment was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness was great. Poolside lovely, great reception staff.

We stayed last year and our room was on 7th floor everything was so good we decided to return the room this time was on 5th floor and the shower was a nightmare flooded the whole bathroom every time we showered the shower curtain was of no use this was frustrating as the floor was soaking

Location is good not right in the centre but 5/10 minute walk to shops and bars. Right on the beach with beautiful views and the hotel has everything you need you could easily never leave. The pool area is fabulous and spotlessly cleaned.Indoor pool and gym available too at an extra cost.Taxi into marina only €7 and taxis are outside hotel. Lady in the souvenir shop is so lovely an absolute pleasure to deal with bought football kits off her. Cleaning service is excellent with fresh towels daily

Good facilities, Swimming Pool and Clean and comfy, Few traditional restaurant nearby to get historic sea food sardine grill, squids etc etc nearby. Good supermarkets in front near burger king so easy to get variety groceries and fruits and a nice kitchen to manage food/ coffee etc our own
