Location quite a long way from the centre. Every thing is automated and very long winded, there is no staff on site. Rooms are fairly noisy.

There was a bit of mold in the bathroom, it seems that the ventilation isn't working sufficiently well - with aircon the damp smell quickly appears in the room.

The room was really nicely designed, with lots of windows and open views. Bed was comfortable, acoustics ok, location not exactly in the center, but still very convinient.

Great hotel to visit San Sebastian, you can walk to the town center (around 20 minutes). The self check-in went well and we had a parking place as requested with the booking.

Found the car park exit a bit confusing - there is a sensor and key pad on the exit approach but we missed this first time round as another car was manoeuvring in front of us

Clear instructions for the secure parking and check-in. Great little apartment which was perfect for an overnight stay and about half hour walk from the old town and some fab tapas bars. Would use again.

The self check in was terrible. It wasn't made clear that there were no staff to help when we made the booking. Room could have been cleaner. There was a coffee machine but no pods. We booked for 5 but there were only 4 chairs. The kitchen space was not well designed for tall people.

The room was small for 3 of us (we have a baby) and the dog but great value for what you pay for!

Lovely clean room with the bonus of a terrace which was great as the room is quite small and was also great for our dog to get out. The room was pristine, had everything we needed and nice and quiet but still just an easy 25 min walk into the old town. The manager was really responsive in trying to help us find something we had lost and the really secure underground car park was excellent to have! There was also a communal fridge with bottled water and space for all our stuff from our cooler box.

I found it very hard to find the car park even though photos were given and the number 14 isn’t visible from your car had to ask at the hotel when I found it even showed a local person the address and they even found it hard to find. But once found it was ok.

The property was great. On arrival, I noticed there were quite a few high-rise buildings nearby, which made me a little unsure at first. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the walk to the beach was completely flat and very easy — no hills to climb at all!

It was clean minimalistic style, I.e concrete floor and ceiling with very comfortable beds. It was great for a family of 5. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. Good under ground parking.

We loved it here but if we were to make suggestions of improvements It would have been great to have had a clothes airer to hang beach clothes. Also missing a tea towl and sharp knife.

- A bit far from the center, however a nice walk - Same price for parking a car and a motorcycle (15€) - The curtains do not totally black out - Although there was an iron available, it was not working well - There was limited hot water (probably via a boiler)

There was no kettle and not enough cutlery for the guest capacity. Poorly stocked kitchen area in general. It was very expensive for a one night stay and 15euro extra for parking is very expensive also. The self check in is time consuming and requires ID to be scanned, that required an extra trip back down to the car.

The room was spacious and air-conditioning made it very comfortable. Check out was easy. Location is good. 25 mins walk to the beach and old town.

Our check-in was awful. We had 5 rooms booked for a large family group. There is no person to check in with, just a computer. We could not get the computer to scan our passports, so we had to add in the information manually. When we got to the credit card function, our cards were all declined and we had to restart the process over multiple times entering all of the booking information over and over again. It was also very, very hot in this hallway. Eventually, we managed to get someone on the phone. They were able to check us in virtually and enter our information over the phone. The credit card reader was down on the machine, causing some of our issues. Additionally, we did find dirty dishes in our room.

The layout of the room was really great for a family of 4. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked well! We were very close to access to many city buses, which we used frequently to get around town.

Very small, no room to store or hang clothes, kitchen facilities was a fridge freezer, microwave and a kettle nowhere near self catering
