We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandIt was a lovely idea to be able to borrow bicycles from reception so we could go for a spin along the promenade, however, they need a serious overhaul and maintenance check as they are quite dangerous to use. Neither of the bikes had gears that were working at all and the saddle on my adult daughter's bike kept tilting, throwing her forward without warning. When she managed to thump it back up level with her hand, it would suddenly tilt backwards, almost throwing her off the bike. We had nothing to tighten the nut and we eventually had to abandon the spin as it was too dangerous. The other disappointing point about the hotel is the lack of choices available for lunch. Only a very small number of overpriced, processed/pre packed tapa items available in the bar. They really were awful and unfortunately tarnished our opinion of all the other lovely memories we have of our stay in La Terraza which really is a great hotel.
The location right on the promenade. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and we Loved the 'Rituals' toiletries in the bathroom.

TV badly situated in the corner of the room - should be in front of the bed. Unstable WiFi with disturbing cut-offs when watching a film or a video.
Great location on the beach. Big room (double superior w. sea view) with very beautiful views from the balcony. Very clean room. Good bed and silent airco. Tastefully decorated public areas. Free parking in front of the hotel. Very dog friendly. Great breakfast with cava and good coffee. Friendly and smiling personnel throughout the hotel. Will certainly return one day.

FranceIt started with a warm welcome on the reception desk - made us feel right at home. The room was confortable, very clean and the view overlooking beach just another extra. The breakfast buffett is indeed wonderful, great selection always refilled. Highlight: fresh squeezed OJ, eggs any style you want and important for me: the expresso coffee machine My wife used the spa and had a massage and she absolutely enjoyed it. While we did not use it, the fitness room is well equipped - only downside: it's underground.
