Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe cleaners only cleaned our room once in a week and that was due to us requesting it - bins were emptied by us and we had to ask for toilet roll at reception and the beds were only changed once in a week which was awful. When we phoned reception the lady was quiet rude. The apartments are dated and could do with updating. We were on floor two which was low we would have preferred a higher apartment with a view. Reception didn’t have any irons for us to use or rent.
We loved the location, the pool, the cleanliness of common areas like the lobby and the grounds, majority of the staff were nice and helpful, the aircon was good and cool, the balcony was nice and big, the beds were comfortable.plenty of umbrellas at pool area and pool doesn’t open till 10am which is great.

IrelandDisappointed with the sleeping arrangements. Beds were not comfortable. Mattresses on beds very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs attention, clean but grouting on tiles floors need attention. The artificial grass on balcony needs attention, torn in places. Needs to be secured. It is a trip hazard in places.
