We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceWouldn’t bother with breakfast again, it was really hot, food wasn’t covered, the cheese, salami and yoghurt all melted by 9am and the fruit bowl had rotten fruit.
Overall stay was lovely, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Close to restaurants and beach. Staff were helpful and nice.

FranceThe parking is difficult to navigate and quite stressful especially with a big car. You will need nerves of steel.
The apartments are fabulous. Clean, modern and tastefully decorated. We had the top floor deluxe with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sea view and huge balcony. The aircon was so useful with the heat and the sofa and beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is new, I would give more than 3*, everything is very functional, comfortable bed, bathrobes, coffee/tea in the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the beach bag in the room with 2 towels, a nice woman cleaned every day, everyone was very polite, the terrace in the room was just super, the pool in the hotel is large, clean, the Jacuzzi is super, the sauna is super, not every 5* hotel has such a spa, the sun terrace near the pool on the vditsa was super, we were very satisfied with the hotel and the service.

Lovely hotel in Roses with clean and quiet apartment. The pool area was a perfect respite faye long days of sightseeing in Cadaqués. The staff were very hospitable and they make the best coffee. Our rooms were cleaned daily and they left us fresh water to drink everyday. We loved our stay.
