The apartment was simply stunning. Modern, well equipped and very spacious. Although it was situated in a relaxed quiet area, it was still close to all amenities. Sunshine from midday until sundown, and a large pool to cooldown when needed.

This property is nothing more than our luxury. Stayed in a lot of hotels in Peurto Rico and these have to be the best on the island. Everything about The One apts was spot on

The walk to the apartment. Steep hill also broken down properties outside it. Also hated the resort. Very downmarket

Spotless and clean. Bright and airy. Comfortable and quiet. Could not have asked for more for a few nights over Christmas. Liliana even made the apartment festive and left some treats for us. Easy walk into the vibrant Puerto Rico town and beach too, just a little steep on the way back but not for long. Photos are accurate. We will definitely be back.

Nothing really. People with mobility issues may need a taxi home up the hill but not really a problem for us and good exercise!

Prior to arrival the host had sent us an email and whatsaap explaining where the keys would be left really smooth check i could bnot fault a single thing regarding our stay. 5 min walk down a hill to the square , it is a bit of a steep hill walking back but a taxi is around 3 euro. pool was brilliant for the kids and the facilities was amazing and spotlessly clean. Thanks for a brilliant stay and we will be returning.

Everything about the apartments is perfect. Beautifully designed, spacious and fully equipped with top of the range appliances. The balcony is huge and the pool is an added bonus for that extra bit of luxury. Liliana and the staff are first rate.

The host Liliana was great, very responsive and helpful answering any questions we had via WhatsApp. The apartment was exceptionally clean inside and out. The design was lovely with great views over Puerto Rico. We loved the floor to ceiling windows, and the views from the kitchen when preparing food. The sunsets were lovely. We felt the interior was rather sparse and minimalist in terms of soft furnishings, which detracted from a homely feel. There are lots of modern cons, including wine cooler, fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, and air conditioning which I must say was very very quiet.. there was plenty of washing detergents, hand soap,toilet rolls etc. we loved the choice of bathing or showering, and the bed was comfy, and rooms had black out curtains..great touch for lighter sleepers.. We had the terrace apartment and felt on reflection that we should have gone with an apartment on the higher floors, as the terrace was in shade until mid afternoon, and other 3 apartments seemed to get the sun from early morning, however, this was our choice, so no reflection on host.. The pool was lovely, unfortunately not able to use it, too cold for me, despite Liliana kindly offering free heating of the pool upon booking… and I am well traveled, having stayed in lots of villas with pool heating.. We had visited Puerto Rico 27 years ago, and found lots of changes and improvements to the area. New Morgan mall etc. we found apartment on a incline, the walk down into town about 10-15 minutes, but the walk back up not so easy.. so we did rely upon taxi back most days.. taxi €3.85..so it won’t break the bank!! We found that whilst the accommodation was lovely the apartments opposite were run down and let it down, again nothing to do with the host/owners..

It was a good size for a family of 4. It was clean, modern and very well equipped, with stunning views. Oh and comfy beds!

It would have been nice if they provided some basics like sugar, salt, olive oil etc

One word !!! AMAZING. I have been to many places in my life and stayed in many apartments - and this is truly in my top 3 !! This apartment is so fantastic and you’ll feel at home right away. You’ll immediately notice how clean it is and your feel-good-vacation can start. Both sleeping areas and the kitchen/living room are perfect and spacious - and the bed and the other furniture is great and very comfortable. The big glass doors can be opened up - and you’ll have an amazing view, plus it’s a great way to get fresh air inside. The air conditioner is very powerful and easy to work with. The kitchen is center stage for preparing food. And it has all you’ll need, hot air oven, microwave oven, wine cooler, fridge and freezer, plus all the tools to make your meals. The pool is super clean and well placed on the outside area - and I have to say it was my favorite place to go for a total relaxing feeling. The agency that is handling this apartment is so professional and kind. Very good communication and quick response - from the moment you make your booking and all the way till the end of your stay you’ll feel in totally safe and professional hands. And again the cleaning of the apartment is done perfectly and by a very nice lady. I only have positive words for this place and cannot wait to visit it again. Thanks again to the agency and cleaning for making this a PERFECT stay and vacation.
