- The ceiling is rather low in the individual room. - The electronic curtain system and the light system were a little difficult to use properly. - They offer no luggage keeping service; we are allowed to leave the luggage after check-out. We can just put it anywhere in the facility but it remains just unattended.

Maybe partially due to the location (which was perfect for me this time actually) it was cheap, and yet neat, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. The individual rooms were highly personal with a (kind of) curtain. There also was an individual locker with an e-lock system, which was also spacious enough. The bath towel and also shampoo and soap were ready.

Everything was fine, except a minor problem in the morning before departure. All the electronics failed and everything connected to electronics didn't work, including the luggage locker. The friendly staff-girl tried to solve the problem as quickly as possible, but it still took quite a while before we could get to our things. It's a good thing we weren't in a hurry to get to the plane.

A beautifully decorated tropical-style hostel in the middle of the city, although it's a bit far from the center. Fortunately the metro station is quite close. Everything was clean and comfortable, I also liked the contactless entry and check in. The bathroom and toilets were clean and tidy. The air conditioning does its job even in the hottest summer heat. I like the privacy that the capsule offers. Good value for money. I recommend it to those who like a hostel type of accommodation.

Would have wanted more AC in the pods so you wouldnt have to keep the blind open. Would also like to have been able to lock the blind somehow.

It’s cold. No human qualities

The place is divine, one of the most beautiful and technologically advanced hostel. The facilities are precious. The only thing is that it just looks like black mirror… it doesn’t allow that much interaction, no human staff, fake plants. Everything is about Taste… if you wanna know new people or have shared activities is not the place

We could do either a vendor mechine. I arrived at about 11pm every was already close and not knowing the area at first a vendor machine will be great for cold drinks or snacks. Please work on that. Think about time when hotels seat out in the communal at night to chat we can get drink from vendor manchine. There is no TV as well but I’m not bothered about that as a had reall connection with people there. The heater toilet with the hot weather Is not needed at all I didn’t like that.

The peace and quiet how it is. In fact I felt I was home with people I know.

I liked that it is very modern, as well as very cozy and beautifully designed. In the future, it could perhaps improve technologically even more – for example, instead of using a wristband as a key, it could implement a face recognition system, especially for clients who come for the second time or more.

The bed was very comfortable, and I slept so well because of the curtains. I also felt the lockers were pretty safe and it was nice to have a bracelet as a key. There was someone that cleaned every day and they did such a good job!

My only issue was that the pods get so hot because there is no real airflow or a/c you can control within each pod. You shut the curtain at night, and it becomes a sauna where it gets hotter and hotter as the night goes on.

The A/C did not work temporarily in one of the room, but I could change for another where it was working. The bathroom sometimes could have been cleaner (of course, there are many people in the hostels so it is easy to get dirty soon).

My first experience in a hostel. I would recommend. Having a light sleep I was afraid of the noises so I challenged myself here. Although I used earplugs, the pod gives you some privacy which other hostels might not give. I met quite some people in the living room and spent some days with them. Stuff super attentive to any request you write to them in Whatsapp and can accommodate a lot of requests! Very kind.

At first, the panel didn't work to close and open the curtain and to control the lights. Once fixed, the issue is that the panel detects movement and everytime at night I moved, the panel lighted up, waking me up
