Weather was almost 30° yet they couldn’t turn on the ACs because they were still “in winter season”. However when opening the windows it gets much better, but there might be slight noise. For the price is excellent and depending on the month you’re traveling in, this isn’t a big deal.

Unfortunately the cleaning staff didn’t pay attention to the shower drain. It was very disgustingly filled with hair and I wanted to take a shower but felt disgusted because the water was accumulating and not draining because of the hair clogging the drain. The room wasn’t super modern or anything but this isn’t really a problem to me.

The location is incredibly central. It is very close to Mercado de San Miguel, Sol, not too far from Gran Via as well. The bed was comfortable but nothing special. It felt like good value for money.

The room looked MUCH worse than the pictures. Still good to have your own room. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING!.. people walking, talking, sneezing… would be nice to have a hairdryer.

A bit small, no desk or table. 2 tween beds touching in the room barely leaving room to get around. This room would be better with only 1 bed because you wouldn’t want to sleep so close to somebody else, even a friend or a family member.

The hostel was very small and noisy. It was difficult to enter the toilet. We stayed here just for the first night and then we moved to another better hostel. For its money, it is a good option if you want a cheap hostel.

The location of the hostel was perfect. You are in the heart of Madrid next to Plaza Espana and very close to Sol Square.

*I didn't like the Heater ng working. *In my 2nd time, I saw my room is OPEN! I ASK RECEPTIONIST but she didn't answer me. (That's a big NO. NOT GOOD) *And I'm asking for a favor for more Pillow 1 or 2more for my case (Heart Problem) she didn't give me. So, Turn off! How you will promote in to 3/4/5 if u can't be NICE in your Clients.. *The Cr is so small and the mirror, where you wash your hands so small. U can't make brush your teeth comfortable. *The staff is not saying Hi everytime time the Client or costumer arrived. Must be KIND! Must be smile always! Every time the guest or Client arrived! So, u can promote for another rank. *The buzzer in the Gate. U have to buzzer 2x before it can be open. And must be after u come inside, must be have a Struction how you can go in Plaza inter Hostal.. Coz, the time I come in coz my first time.. I go to 5th, 4th, til 3rd floor. Coz I didn't know where to go. There's no any instruction after you come IN in the Gate. You have to put some Instruction so that client specially the 1st timers.. they know already how to come inside.. with Elevator.

I like the location it's so near and comfortable for Metro. That's why I booked it.. I like the Simplicity of room, even the size is Small, It's good for 1 person ho will stay at 3days for work or travel. And sa Lightfull. That's Good. The bed is good. Specially the Balcony.. Love it!
