Street noise continued well past 11pm. No curtains for the bunks so there’s no privacy when you sleep, and no railings for the upper bunks, which is unsafe! Lockers are not all standardised - some are drawers and some cupboards and it’s luck of the draw depending on which bed you’re assigned.

Great location next to the cathedral and just off the main road where you can take buses to all the main tourist sites or simply walk. Staff were helpful in calling me a taxi at 6am and the social spaces were lovely. The bathroom in the dorm had a main door that can be locked so you can have the toilet, shower and sink space all to yourself. Detergent provided by reception if you use the washer.

Nothing. Just you have to remember that if you need a towel you can get that for additional pay as well as you can get a locker-key for your locker for a deposit that is given you back upon check-out

Very,very convenient location - you can walk to almost all sights and the Cathedral is right around the corner! Hostel has a friendly atmosphere, staff is great help, breakfast is very nice, you can watch a bit of street-life. Rooms are very clean and in 5-placed dormitory we stayed only 2 persons until my last night when we were 4. There is a large common area, comfy kitchen and laundry area as well. I participated in pub crawl and that was fun. Hostel organizes lots of activities throughout the week.

Windows at the street side seemed not so well acoustically isolated because they let through quite a lot of the noise from the street. Luckily it's not the busiest street, yet one night this was quite noticeable, annoying when you want to rest after a long day.

Fantastic location at a few footsteps from the Cathedral, and with easy access or connections to the main sights Granada has to offer. Modern, comfortable room. Good and varied breakfast. Friendly staff.

Perfect location, good condition, looks like a hotel but with hostel price. Beds were comfortable and cleaness is beyond my expectation. Smells really good. %100 advise everyone

Basically no social interaction with other guests. The walking tour was cancelled because nobody signed up. However, if you like to be left alone, it’s a good place.

Really modern facilities, great roof top terrace. Great breakfast in the restaurant of the hostel.

Be aware that the streets outside are noisy all night long, as it is the city centre. Bring earplugs.

Would be great if within the shower area there would be some place to keep the clothes dry. Also, the fact that you have to have your own padlock or purchase it at the reception is a bother and can be easily solved by the hostel with their magnetic key being applied to the lockers also.

The hostel is fantastic! Great location, the room is very spacious, with a balcony and city view. The common areas are nice. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. I attended one of the tours they organise and got to know more of the city and meet fellow travellers. In total, it was a great stay at TOC.

Coffee making or kettle in room would have been nice but there is a restaurant who was accommodating with hot water and mugs. There was also a community kitchen but no mugs on hand

Exceptionally clean. Very central location. The train station is 10 minutes walk and bus stop to bus station is 1 minute. Good beds. Activities, restaurant etc

The public spaces were perhaps too quiet and not very social, not really able to meet new people in the public spaces, but that's not really a big problem if you come with friends. Hairdryer hire from the front desk only accepts cash as a deposit, as I didn't have cash I had to quickly finish using the hair dryer in the ground floor toilets and return it, which was a bit inconvenient, however I still got what I wanted so it's not unacceptable, it would just be nice if the payment method was more flexible!

The room was very nice, with a separate toilet and bathroom, and two very vintage large windows with balconies and a wonderful view of the cathedral right outside the windows. The location is great and it is within walking distance to everywhere. Met friends in the room to chat to:)
