The terrace was very big but the view was not so good but then it is in the city center, I would have liked to be able to see over the terrace wall to see the street below The doorway out to the terrace is low but it states that in the description so we were expecting it- if you are 6 foot tall you might struggle a bit The shower water pressure was not quite powerful enough for me with thick curly hair but the water was nice and hot

The bathroom and shower was adequate but the bare cement walls gave the effect of needing a good clean,and if you are over 1m95cm like me then you will have trouble fitting into the shower.

Perfect location in the busy centre of Alicante,close to the beach and to the city centre,with a fantastic selection of bars ,shops,restaurants in the streets outside.The room is very spacious and style is very modern,colourful and industrial chic decoration.

There is no soundproofing and I could hear everything happening next door. The wifi isn’t reliable. It was ok to work an office job remotely but I had to reset the router quite a few times. Watching Netflix on the room wifi was difficult as it would go idling a lot.

It’s a great value, you have everything you need to cook basic meals and to be comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s centrally located so everything is at walking distance.

We stayed in 2019 with our daughter and she has been asking to return ever since. We ended up in the same room and had the same warm service from Jorge and the team. Perfect vibes for a family visit and minutes to the beach, the mushroom street and so many restaurants and shops. Access to beach toys and towels is a huge bonus too. We love it.

The kids absolutely loved the swing in the room. They could have stayed there the whole day entertained:) And we adults appreciated the complimentary bottle of local wine, which was just delicious! Also there was plenty of space, so we could bring the stroller inside the room and the kids could still run around :)

The bed was rock solid so pretty uncomfortable and when the Carnival live music outside the window lasted til 4am, there was no sleep happening.

Omar the host was fabulous, really helpful. The room was incredible - so much space and the bonus of coffee and free wine was unexpected and a nice surprise!

Loved everything about this place! The owner has thought of absolutely everything in order to enable people to have a thoroughly fantastic stay. The kindness and hospitality projected from Omar and the lovely lady we met today (sorry - didn’t get her name!) are second to none. Only regret is to only have stayed one night!! Excellent location too. Brilliant!

Nothing (just be mindful our flat was not reachable with the lift, but we were aware of it and happy to take the stairs).

Central position, large size of the room and quirky decor. Very convenient self check in, good checkout time and convenience of luggage deposit on the day of departure. Didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped. Appreciated the coffee in the room. Would be a good place to stay for a longer period of time.

The main bed in this apartment was too soft to be comfortable, so the sleep quality was not very good. Fixing this point could be a big improvement.

Room was very big and with all needed equipment like dishwasher, coffee cooker, well equipped kitchen. The wifi worked perfectly even for work purposes! Facility had also laundry room. Also free water bottles which was really nice so that you do not need to carry them from the store. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet, some kids families. Hotel is though located to a busy street so there is some noise from the streets but this is expected in a central location and did not bother us.

Some of the furnishings need replacement or renewal due to the condition, but maybe they will do that in the future.

Perfect location, the seashore and the downtown is just in 5 minutes by foot. The room is really convenient with child (we had our 18 month little one with us). Really friendly staff, at first the provided baby bed was broken and they changed that immediately for a new one. The washer and the dryer machines are also a really good thing.

A safe in the room would be nice. its not catastrophic not having it as the place itself was safe.

The location is perfect and so is the big spacious loft with the kitchenette. I really liked that it was very chill and easy . Bottled water, tea and coffee were freely available and also the beach blankets could be borrowed. All in all a very good stay in Alicante.
