Difficult to find by car, and if you have to park in the nearest public car park it's a 10 minute walk.

Location right next to the main square. Good value for money.

We had 2 rooms 3003 and 3004, 1 was large, comfortable and spacious but the other very small, the bed not comfortable, no extra pillows and no curtains - had to use the shutters, but the price the same

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location excellent but I should have requested quiet rooms, I did not sleep well with noise from the cafes until 2 am. Be warned the shower is very powerful and not easily controlled ... I water blasted my face then nearly flooded the bathroom! But that said it was good once under control!! No probs with parking the car

Getting round the street corners is a challenge with even medium sized car! Very narrow and tight...much care needed. Some maintenance work going on in corridor...written explanation and apology from hotel on room desk so no real problem.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, just off Plaza Major. Very large room, on top floor, lift available. All perfectly clean, good linen and bathroom. Easy drop off outside the hotel, secure parking just behind.

The hotel was quiet. Good to have a reserved drop off place in the street so you can unload close by before you park. Useful to use their parking although worth remembering it does add to the total bill. Used the minibar as a fridge which was very useful.

This hotel should NOT promote disabled facilities, the lift has two exit sides and is almost impossible to use, I hurt myself, the breakfast was OK but no hot food! Evening meals are across the road, but were unavailable when we stayed.

nice cosy hotel, very friendly staff. right in the middle of the town.

The bed was a bit soft for my liking. Also, the noises from outside (partyers on a Saturday night) can be heard until late.

Very central location, large family room. The restaurant linked to the hotel - El Mercao - is nice and family-friendly, and opens early (dinner at 8 pm is possible).

Excellent hotel with brilliant facilities. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and the parking was within walking distance and convenient. The hotel’s location is fantastic and you can get around by foot without an issue. We will be returning next year.

The breakfast room was rather clinical and had no windows and there wasn't a lounge area. We couldn't access the parking due to a fiesta (but were advised in advance by staff).

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Friendly reception staff who spoke English.

Car parking was rediculous. Never had such a tight corner to go round. I’m a professional chauffeur and never had I seen such an excuse of calling this a car park and then charging for it. Bath tap leaked everywhere when turned on.

Location although getting to the secure parking is very difficult. The town is very old and therefore the streets are very narrow and negotiating corners is a hazzard.

We thought the position of the hotel very good as we were only there for three nights we didn't need to use the car ever day, everything is very accessible with plenty of things to see and do. We will recommend it to friends who want a short break.

I liked everything about the hotel but parking my car in the underground carpark, in the next street was difficult. However it must be remembered that this is the old part of the town, where the streets are very narrow. If you want to be in an area like this, you have to be prepared to be flexible.

This hotel could not have been in a better location, to experience the cultural heart of Teruel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and our room could not have been better. It was double aspect with three windows, two of which were French windows opening onto Juliet balconies, one of which overlooked the central square of the old town. The room, apart from the beds, also had a large, comfortable sofa bed. I intend to return to Teruel in the future and when I do, I will be staying at this hotel.

Shower fitting broken spraying water everywhere and tiny.It was so slippery it was dangerous. Was first time the Booking.com rating bore no relationship to our experience. The room was also very small and very noisy from nearby square. The bed was small and uncomfortable. There is no parking on site so the underground parking is several hundred metres away .so you need to take your bags there to leave. This place is NOT suitable for mature couple with luggage.

When bookings a hotel we first go on location and then on price and this hotel ticks both boxes 100%. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. People on reception are fantastic, Luisa in particular, no hotel receptionist has been more friendly and helpful to us than this lady. THANKS.

Apart from location, there is little to recommend about this hotel. The room was small - indeed, cramped with two people in it, uncomfortable and dated. The bedding was of mediocre quality.

Finding a parking garage near the hotel -and finding the hotel - was a nightmare. The small city center map that was emailed to me was not helpful and we drove on countless one-way streets for over half an hour. And then had to drag our suitcases to the hotel, another 10+ minutes, :(

Good location, once hotel could be found, ha ha.

The hotel was a few yards from the main plaza in Teruel, so it was the best possible location. Plus, our room had a rooftop balcony overlooking the plaza so we were able to relax and take the sun during the middle of the day.

    All good.

A simple but enjoyable breakfast including juices was a welcome start to our day. Everyone very much smiling and friendly. The rooms are renovated to a modern standard and very clean. The size of the room and airconditioning was very good and unexpected. There is a lift for luggage and a pullover for unloading luggage if you have a car. Car parking is secure and not too difficult to manage. Have a map of the area available as GPS cannot take you the wrong way up the one way street you need. The helpful girls on reception will make this very clear for you. Their recommendation of restaurant was excellent for dinner but don't arrive until 9.30pm when the vibe really picks up. The Pulpo is amazingly soft and sweet.

Excellent location - just around the corner from the main square/plaza ... but not so close that it's noisy. Very spacious room.

Central position and lovely bedroom. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Secure parking - we had bikes as well as the car.

We would have liked tea and coffe making in the room but it was easy to get a coffee at the selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The location was the big plus point for this hotel, just on the corner of Torico Plaza, two streets from the mausoleum of the Lovers. A must is the visit to the mausoleum, along with the tour of the church/ cathedral, the tower. We had a suite with a large room, king size bed and views from the private terrace of the tower.

We should have been told clearly that cars can not go upto the hotel even to unload. The map sent was not clear. The hotel does not deserve three stars.
