Disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open. Too tired to go out after long journey so made do with cafeteria.

    Nothing to report here.

The hotel was extremely easy to find - coming into into Tordesillas from the north it's almost the first thing you see. There was easy, free street parking just behind the hotel. The hotel itself is modern and attractively decorated, with a nice lobby-bar, and our room was light and spacious. The staff were welcoming and helpful. All the town's sights were within easy walking distance.

The room we had overlloked the rear of the property and was not inspiring, although it was perfectly adequate for a two night stopover or break on our journey. The hotelwas on the outskirts of the town and next door to a bus station but this did not cause any disturbance.

The accomodation was good. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The town was a typical small Spanish town crammed full of old world charm.

There is no restaurant on site. I like to find the local eateries, so this is not a negative for me, but if you have a tired young family, it may be a factor. In my case, I lucked out and managed to walk down the street (east) and eat on a patio while listening to a street group play and flamenco dancers twirl.

Nice breakfast spread, no hot items such as eggs and bacon, but lots of prepared fresh fruit, pastries, and sliced meats. If you are driving, it can be hard to see the roof sign (I got out of the car and looked around when I knew I was close). There is a bus terminal on one side, but it closes early and doesn’t cause any noise issues. Free on street parking throughout the town. One person, with limited English, handles registration and running the bar, so you may have to wait a moment, but she was very helpful and we managed to communicate. Cleanliness was much appreciated.

The premise have been recently built/upgraded and the bedrooms were up to Paradores standards. Restaurant was closed for evening meals --(town seems to have a surplus of eating places) Breakfast was adequate very good value --we'd stay there again

Parking car was not easy -in a free, but very public car park near to the hotel.

We were only offered breakfast in the hotel as the restaurant appeared to be closed.

The TV screens on the bedrooms could be a couple of inches bigger... but hey, I'm just being picky.

We enjoyed the overall experience during our stay. The staff was friendly and willing to give advice on what to do in Tordesillas. Thanks to their attentive advice, we were treated with a unique experience: watching a 1926 silent Quijote movie, orchestarted live with organ music at a local church. This was a part of a recurrent city festival we were not aware of. Breakfast was really good as well.

Well, about the hotel everything was perfect. But be aware of a restaurant just across the street: Restaurante Rancho Grande. Rude staff who will try to take your money making your order big dishes as individual ones. Don't eat there.

Everything, specially the staff. Lovely people.

We stayed twice: the first night was a totally enjoyable experience; the second, though the room on the fourth floor was rather better than the lower one we had used previously, the rooflight shutter was rattled throughout the night by a fierce wind.

Spotless and spacious room offering all the facilities rtequired for an overnight stop or short break.
