Enjoyed every minute of my journey, hotel location, service, staff, and everything was wonderful. The John lennon statue, which was an item I wanted to see on my trip, was right in front of the hotel!

The staff was very nice, polite and accommodated my extra requirements and fulfilled all my needs. I recommend it for bike travellers as the bike garage it's tailored with instrument and tools to clean and fix your bike

Very clean and renovated room with a big bathroom. Location excellent. Very friendly receptionists.

Recently beautifully renovated & a more spacious lift! Wonderfully situated for old & new town & the great tapa bars.

The hotel is located in the historical centre, near the castle and the cathedral and then the shops and restaurants but a bit further from the station and the beach which I didn't mind because I like walking. The room was spacious, clean and nice but you could hear the noise of the street and every move the neighbours made. There's a fridge with freezer, AC and wi-fi working very well. The bed was comfortable although the pillow wasn't. It was cleaned on daily basis.

Value for money for the room and the breakfast, good quality products. Very clean, plenty of tapas bars and restaurants around, alcazaba only minutes away, very good spot and room for that price

The location is very good. The mattresses were excellent.

I was bombarded with messages about the online check in and threatened to pay online or the booking is not guaranteed when they had payment info thro6booking.com. No instructions were offered about parking until I got to the hotel.

Location excellent, room very comfortable, breakfast very good and Taberna for dinner was terrific, the lady chef is outstanding, we do not know how she can work so calmly and the food is delicious.

Same criticism in every hotel, coffee machine dispensers are awful! Make fresh coffee!

Room was small

Great location and very clean. Good size room and very comfortable bed. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a very central location so there is a little outside noise but it didn't bother me. No tea or coffee in room but coffee bar and snacks at sister hotel next door.

Location is very central and good. Room was tiny however the bed was not put aside along with walls or window, felt more correct in space-wise. Kept clean everyday.

The walls to next rooms were surprisingly thin, so you hear their chat. Funny floor level "01" between ground floor "0" and first floor "1"...!?
