Location is great like 2 mins from the strip, it is up a hill but it’s not too much of an issue. Hotel is very clean and feels really safe, we honestly loved it.

Good pool, good balcony, good views sea views were brilliant. 4 minute from the strip but not too close for it to keep you up at night! Not crowded either. Staff always willing to help.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that there was no parking, but since we already knew that was going to be the case, it wasn't such a big deal.

It was absolutely lovely! Location, staff, view and value for money - all perfect and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

It can get nosier late in the night, but this is obviously due to drunk guests, which are very common in this area of the island. If you are looking for peace and quiet, Magaluf is not your place ;) Overall, most days you can have a really good uninterupted sleep in the hotel.

Location, view, value for money, staff friendliness and knowledge, the room was a very good sized studio, clean and can easily accommodate 3 adults. The bar is fairly priced and has very well maintained sunbeds and pool area. Smoking area is away from the main space, so you have a very nice breeze of sea wind instead of cigarette smoke in your face. Overall, a very highly recommended hotel and I will be visiting again, for sure.

Everything was perfect and more we could have asked. The staff is just incredible. From reception staff, the management, room cleaning service team, the restaurant and bar staff and the lifeguard at the pool. Really the service made all the difference, so we never noticed any issues during our stay. Every request was accommodated instantly.

We really enjoy our stay!!! The hotel looks even better in real life,the view from all rooms is breathtaking!!! Also you will enjoy beautiful sunsets.The whole place is spotless,it is so clean and smells very nice,especially in the lobby.Their customer service is on very high level.The front desk guy Vladimir is exceptionally great,he is extra attentive,makes you feel very welcomed and always ready to share any info you need about Palma .We are coming back for sure!!!

We didn't like the fact that there is no parking available at the hotel (but we knew that in advance).There are public parking lots, but during busy periods of the year I think it is very difficult to find an available space.

The hotel has a superb view,and he is very beautiful, especially in the evening when it is lit up. The rooms are large and very well equipped with a stove, microwave oven, spoons, forks, glasses. The staff is very kind and friendly. We had breakfast directly at the hotel, it was very good and rich. Note 10....we felt wonderful, and we will definitely come back to this hotel.

If the stairs to the beach functioned it would be nice.

We are the third time in this hotel. After a three-year break, due to known circumstances, everything was pleasant. Beautiful view from the windows, more precisely from the loggia. Large apartments, cleaning was done almost every day. At the reception, helpful, friendly staff. Special thanks to Vladimir. Comfort zone, bar near the pool. Moreover, the music and noise from the pool is almost inaudible in the room. The Internet is fast, but 1-2 times it was probably overloaded and there was no connection. But not for long.
