Rooms are a little outdated and could have a freshen-up. Nevertheless everything was working properly.

Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, spacious hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Transportation for the subway and for the Feria are great services. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was replenished frequently.

Be aware that this hotel is a bit outside the city center. You must take the hotel "bus" (jajaja) to the nearest metro station and in only a few minutes you are in the city center. The bus situation is chaotic, not organized, the volume of people who need to move between the hotel and the metro cannot be adequately met with a minivan that holds 8 people maximum. The average wait was usually 30-40 minutes. It is free, but the wait is the price. The hotel ownership must know that this is a dissatisfier, and yet they have not remedied the situation. As a reminder, two separate beds pushed together do not equal a queen or king bed.

The hotel is quite impressive when illuminated and when you enter. The main hall is huge. The staff who attended us at check-in / check-out, in the restaurant, housekeeping staff were all quite friendly and helpful. This is always makes the visit nice. The breakfasts, at an extra price, are quite abundant and the dining room is comfortable.

Rooms are a bit dated. There was a discrepancy between our reservation with booking.com and the hotel that had to be settled. One room wasn’t setup correctly and the cleaning staff required verification with the front desk to add additional bedding. Room amenities and toiletries are rather sparse.

Excellent staff and service. Carmen extremely helpful on reception and Jorge and other bar staff very kind, friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and quiet. It is incredibly useful to be able to park the car here. We used the metro and found a stop, which enabled us to walk back to the hotel rather than depending on the shuttle. Uber and taxi is reasonable if you want to stay later in the centre of Seville.

I didn’t like that was too cold in the room and the air condition was not working properly.

Everything was perfect! Carmen from reception was incredible, she was available and kind for all our questions and requests.The hotel has also a van that takes the guest to the metro station (for free) and back from the metro station.I really recommend this hotel!

The breakfast facility was, in my opinion, a bit too small for the large number of people who ate at the same time. Even if the food was good, the loud crowd made the atmosphere unpleasant, sometimes. The room was taken care off even if we placed the "do not disturb" sign outside the door.

The hotel was fabulous with its unexpected appearance. The room was clean and nicely compartmented. The staff was kind and helpful. We very much appreciated the free shuttle the hotel offers up to the metro station. The restaurant was also a very nice place to enjoy the evenings.

Easy to find the hotel and no problems parking at the hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff There is a free shuttle bus to the metro station from the hotel and then a short journey into the city centre.

Shuttle bus for 8 sitters only. As hotel is huge it will be nice to have bigger shuttle bus.

Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. It was easy to get to the centre. Shuttle bus was running every 10-15 minutes, which takes to the metro station. Nice and helpful reception staff.

Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, architecture of the hotel is amazing. It is located outside of the city center, but easy transfer with taxi/uber for around 13 Eur, or you can use the free shuttle bus to the metro station.

The hotel is a little dated. The weather was terrible (Easter 2024) and the hotel just isn’t built for that much cold, wind & rain. Our room was cold and the wind was howling through the doors. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Walls are paper thin - neighbour snored like his life depended on it! Shuttle was only dropping / picking up to the nearest metro rather than town but maybe because of Easter.

Room was a good size. Bathroom very modern. Good shower. On-site cafe/restaurant serving good food. Loads of casual seating which was great in the terrible weather to hang out and not be stuck in the room. Nice friendly atmosphere. Frequent shuttle service.

There wasn't a kettle in the room and tea or coffee pods which I've seen in most hotels and would be really useful to have. And the cesear salad in the restaurant was not the best but the steak was lovely.

Our room was really clean and comfortable. There was a cafe and restaurant and even though it is not close to centre, we had a driver take us to the metro and were in city center in 10 minutes.

No irons in the whole place including their ironing service being broken as well. Location isn't central but a very small shuttle (6 seater) runs all day long to a train station. There are big crowds in the mornings and afternoons so sometimes you need to wait for it to make a couple of rounds before you can get a seat. This can make it challenging if you have a set itinerary and need to meet a train schedule or tour/tickets.

Amazing breakfast, rooms are spacious, the view is nice and so is the pool if you're able to use it when it's sunny. The bar/restaurant has some decent menu options and they offer room service. Walkable to a nearby grocery store. Staff are helpful and try to answer questions as best as possible. Lobby area and lounge is wonderful and allows for a bit of space if you're travelling. It would be ideal if they had outlets so you can do some calls or leisure time without disturbing people in the hotel room. Nice ambiance and decor.
