I asked to have my room changed. Room on first floor was old and beat up 3002. The room had a very strong unpleasant odor.

The lobby, reception, restaurant and bar area were nice. So was the outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet was great, too. The servers kept the place nicely clean, and the food was replenished often. Very good shuttle to metro.

because we had a very early flight on the last day, we asked them to prepare breakfast to go, it was very modest dry toast and a slice of ham, packaged juice, no water, no other ingredients, no cheese or vegetables or butter and jam, no dessert, only banana and apple, very modest considering how much you pay for breakfast

Location is bit challanging if you do not have a car. There apparently is a metro in the area but staff discouraged trying to find it. Just to far out of Seville without a car but taxi works.

Beautiful setting with a grand lobby. Lounge and pool were very inviting. Bed was comfortable in nice sized room. Enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet as well

The smell in the room was awful. We had to wait for shuttle bus all the time more than 30 minute. If we wouldn’t ask on the reception we would probably wait even more.

The morning of checking out! 4 times people knocked on our door starting at 9:00 am even though check out is 11 am and we left 10:30 am.

The hotel is located at a hilltop and there is no good shops and restaurants nearby by foot.

Overall room is nice and clean. They offer the shuttle bus to the nearest metro station, and the service is good and on-time. The on-site parting is also very convenient and safe.

Be aware that this hotel is a bit outside the city center. You must take the hotel "bus" (jajaja) to the nearest metro station and in only a few minutes you are in the city center. The bus situation is chaotic, not organized, the volume of people who need to move between the hotel and the metro cannot be adequately met with a minivan that holds 8 people maximum. The average wait was usually 30-40 minutes. It is free, but the wait is the price. The hotel ownership must know that this is a dissatisfier, and yet they have not remedied the situation. As a reminder, two separate beds pushed together do not equal a queen or king bed.

The hotel is quite impressive when illuminated and when you enter. The main hall is huge. The staff who attended us at check-in / check-out, in the restaurant, housekeeping staff were all quite friendly and helpful. This is always makes the visit nice. The breakfasts, at an extra price, are quite abundant and the dining room is comfortable.

Rooms are a bit dated. There was a discrepancy between our reservation with booking.com and the hotel that had to be settled. One room wasn’t setup correctly and the cleaning staff required verification with the front desk to add additional bedding. Room amenities and toiletries are rather sparse.

Excellent staff and service. Carmen extremely helpful on reception and Jorge and other bar staff very kind, friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and quiet. It is incredibly useful to be able to park the car here. We used the metro and found a stop, which enabled us to walk back to the hotel rather than depending on the shuttle. Uber and taxi is reasonable if you want to stay later in the centre of Seville.
