The staff went the extra mile (miles!) to support me while my wife had been operated on (emergency) in nearby hospital. Their empathy provided a feeling of safety net in quite upsetting times. Also a good location to explore the area and visit Cadiz, Cordoba and even Granada & Jaén. But the friendly staff will remain with me forever!

Rooms (windows) could be renovated a bit and more warm options given for breakfast, but it was still on a decent level.

A good hotel in a great location. Plenty of shops and dining options nearby, with a good and direct bus connection to Seville. The rooms are clean, although they may have seen better days (we had difficulty opening the window and balcony doors), and the breakfast lacked a bit more warm options (perhaps it was just our luck - definitely off-season), but the friendly staff and good price in relation to quality, especially considering the location, will likely bring us back here when we return to Seville. For those with a car - both at the hotel and in the vicinity, you can easily find free parking spaces ;)

The walls were thin so one could hear external noise. A coffee and tea maker is usual in this type of hotel and would have been most welcome in this one.

A large business hotel with easy access from the highway and adequate parking. Everything functioned as designed. There was good lighting. The bed was comfortable.

Very good location and near to a large shopping mall. Excellent transport route just outside. We were able to travel by bus into the centre of Seville for 3.50 euros pp (return) took only 20min. Hotel room and public areas very clean and staff were helpful.

In our package dinner was included, we went for the set menu, which included a drink, when we came to leave they told us we had to pay for our drink, not stated in the original advert. Also spent about an hour trying to find the hotel as address was incorrect on paper work and GPS did not work

Location although price was a key factor for us as it was simply a stopover so this was the compromise. Otherwise would not hesitate to stay again.

Restaurant/Breakfast hall is a nightmare. Big, ugly and extremely loud. Every sound reverberates. Personnel is clanking and showing furniture on the concrete floor all the time. Really horrible. And breakfast is lousy. For Spain a disgrace. Thought to save money versus staying in the city center but it is not worth it. Time and money you spend on taxis or driving and seeking parking in the center does not make up for the lower price.

Hotel is ok (ish) if you know for what you go. It is a bus tour hotel far from the city center frequented by groups. Concrete block with the charm of a railway station. Loud and noisy. But convenient parking and price is kind of ok.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious for the 3 of us with balcony, also the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary facilities. The pool was open from 11am to 8pm which didn’t give us much time to enjoy it, but we’re there one of the days and it was really pleasant. We book this hotel specially for the location since we’re visiting the city of Seville or going to the beaches in the south near Cadiz and Porto de Santa Maria, and it couldn’t been better!

Thin walls in the room. We could hear a couple next door getting intimate and talking late in the evening . Bathroom could do with a good refurbishment, needs a better shower.

I think the floors leading to the rooms (Level 3) could do with repair or redoing, still clean but aesthetically this is the only area that was below standards.

Travelling for work, was unsure how long I would be; spoke with receptionist who after checking out said if I finish and return before 12 I could re-use the room, just so I could get changed and freshen up which is exactly what happened. Brilliant customer service, booked me taxis as unbeknownst to me it seems nobody in Seville speaks English.

Good hotel to stay when you want to visit Sevilla. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which only takes you 30 minutes to the city center of Sevilla. Good breakfast.
