Classical establishments with great standards from hotel services to restaurant services. Excellent menu. Great location.

Lunch time took us 3 hours!! We were a group of 10 persons and unbelievably we spent 3 hours waiting, one hour per meal! It was worth it because food is delicious, but yo could improve timing a bit.

Rooms very neat and clean. At the Restaurant service is quite slow for lunch time. Breakfast is delicious though!

Nothing to dislike just would be nice if the bar stayed open a little later than it does. A kettle would have been nice to have in the room. Also during our stay we had very strong winds coming off the sea & it blew straight into our room which was very draughty through the patio door & curtains were moving & made the room very cool.

In winter the bar was a little cold to sit to have a drink.

Very nice ambiance. Also in the restaurant. Good menu and breakfast. Cozy room with great beds and large towels.

There are the odd signs of wear and tear, but nothing you would not expect in a busy hotel of this age. It stays open all year when most in the area close. Which shows it is the hotel of choice.

First choice when visiting family in the area. Always friendly, clean and good breakfast.

I stayed in this Hotel over 12 years ago and the only problem I could see was it was getting a little bit tired and in some areas it needed some redecorating. Apart from that all was OK

The evening meal in the restaurant wasn’t great although the breakfast was excellent.

Huge room, very clean and comfortable , staff very pleasant and helpful. Secure parking. Perfect location overlooking the sea.

Breakfast was not so good. The cooked items had run out and nobody seemed to be replenishing the items. Coffee was not as nice as what we expected

The only thing I didn’t like was the hard bed. However the room staff quickly installed a mattress topper with a smile.

It’s a really lovely place. The staff is wonderful and eager to help and advise. We loved the restaurant - not just the food, but the service from the maitre d’ who has worked there for nearly 40 years, and the décor.

Furniture and decor could do with a refurb.

Great location close to sea front. Unusual design with several restaurants. Furnishings a little shabby but overall very clean. Due to late booking only able to have room with street view. Front view is overlooking harbor,sea and promenade would have been super.

The breakfast was very disappointing, same offering every day and very limited.

Location excellent, staff were brilliant, pool lovely, room excellent, very large with huge balcony and great view. It was fairly quiet around the pool so could get sun loungers

The internet was poor, somewhat slow and very susceptible to‘dropping out’

Good location with secure parking. Reception staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Hotel is a little dated and in need of some upgrading. It was convenient for an overnight stay

I cannot think of anything I was unhappy with. Maybe a walk-in shower would have been easier for me than over the bath. I always like a kettle in my room, but I appreciate that this is not a very spanish thing to provide.

Because of my mobility problems I asked for a room near a lift, i was very near 3 lifts! Breakfast was excellent and the location was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they chose this time rather than the winter for major external painting but I was not inconvenienced by it too much.
