The hotel was OK to spend a night but not as expected for a 4 star Hotel. We booked a room for 3 people and it was OK but too small for 3, no much room for movement. The breakfast was good, I believe it could be improved with more choice. Overall, it was OK!

Bathroom floor wasn’t spotless. Pillows not very comfy. Could hear toilet flush and shower next door.

Modern. Easy, free parking. View. Nice staff. Convenient for drivers as it’s not in town center. Several TV stations available in English. Fridge in room. Quite clean.

After a hard trip to arrive in Vigo from the Camino de Compostela, the comfortable room and bed was very welcome. This is mainly a business hotel, and arriving with trekking trousers and backpack feels a bit strange, but a bit more luxury was appreciated.

The décor of the hotel is cheap, mostly in the rooms, not feeling a real 4 star. It has no character at all, being worst that other Tryp hotels I know. Breakfast is on the poor side, nothing special. Location is practical but in front of a multi-lane road, not in the city center.

It is clean. The staff is willing to please. Parking was included in the rate. Bed is comfortable.

    Nothing.

Had an excellent weekend stay in this hotel, Vigo was another last minute choice on our recent travels of Spain and what a good choice it was, would have no hesitation about going back here if in the area, plenty to do and see in Vigo and a good time was had indeed.

There isn't too many options under Room Service, that could be improved to give a bit more options to customers. Also, if you are an English speaker you will struggle as the staff doesn't really speak a lot of English, I can speak Spanish and thats what saved us, but my fiancee is English and tried to order room service and ask for the wifi and that was a bad experience. Wi-fi wasn't working as well, as we informed staff they didn't gave us any solution or tried to solve it really.

Location was exactly what we needed, very near to the bus station. Rooms are very nice and clean, the bathroom and facilities are overall good.

Great place to stay if you are wanting to access the bus station. Room service/resturant was really good for dinner and we were grateful after a long days drive.

We mainly stayed here because of it's proximity to the bus station. We only stayed one night, on our way home from Porto, but it was really nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Wifi worked great. We contacted them in advance, and they were accomodating about our late check-in.

I would have appreciated a kettle to make coffee/tea, rare for a 4star hotel not to have this. I was leaving too early to have breakfast in hotel and I missed the coffee...

V> good generally. Taxis are good value for money so the geographic location (not in the centre0 is not so much a problem; the advantage being the proximity/5 minute walk to the citadell/fort on top of hill with great city/sea views. Staff very courteous.

Despite being located close to the city center the hotel is on a higher point so the 20-minute journey on foot are largely going uphill.

Located near city centre and with free parking. Very quiet during the night. Rooms have good insulation, are comfortable and have free wi-fi. Price is fair.

South facing room so curtains had to be closed most of the day. Wifi not great.

Hotel a little away from the centre. Near major roads. Shops/bars behind the hotel if not using the hotel restaurant. Quiet. Nice location for a base to visit Vigo.
