In the first day, one of the booked rooms was not totally clean, that was solved in the following day with housekeeping service.

Location was good: nearby from the bus station and a shopping mall. It takes around 15-20 minutes walking from the downtown. Breakfast options were really good, service at reception, bar and restaurant was polited.

The location was perfect for our stay. Had alovely room and bathroom/towel and linen change regularly. The Breakfast was exceptional, spoiled for choice.

The noise from the corridor and nearby rooms was s a bit of a problem, but not too much more than most hotels.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was lovely and well furnished. The gym was well equipped. Staff was friendly.

No lock on bathroom door,and no plug for bath as i had to go ask at reception for it ,my visit was medical appointment.

Very nice staff on reception friendly bar staff also. Clean and well priced restaurant if you needed.

The WiFi connection was terrible (7th floor). Unfortunately, it doesn't work at three notebooks - wifi signal was fine but the connection was poor (I wasn't able even check emails).

Very good staff, clean apartment. The place was very close to the underground and some shopping mall with a cheap food court.

Room was spacious and well maintained. Location was central to all activities. Breakfast had a wide range of offerings all of which were superb.

Two things that I could mention is the elevator and the noise. There are only two small elevators that are a bit slow. We stayed really high up (there are 10 floors) so in a bit of a rush moment you can wait for a really long time. Though, this can be attributed to guests as well, since it was fascinating that almost no one knew how to use the up/down buttons. I'd recommend to the hotel to add a sign explaining at the elevator entrance next to the reception. The other thing is noise. We were lucky to not have noisy neighbours. But basically you could hear people talk through the door as if you are in the same room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. From the very beginning we felt really welcomed and that we could rely on them for anything. The food is really nice and enjoyable. Both for breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close enough to walk to the centre but not too close to be disturbed too much by city noises and celebrations. Which is important to mention because we stayed during Falles. It's also close to metro and bus and accessible from any part of the city. There is a big mall right next to it. So if you need anything from McDonald, a supermarket or just clothes its just a street crossing away. I would love to come back and can recommend the hotel from my hearth.

Would have liked tea/coffee in room and option for double bed. Otherwise very happy.

The location was ideal. It was close to the Turia and the old town yet relatively quiet during the busy Fallas weekend. Transport link were ideal for bus, metro and cycle hire with Valencia Cycles. Our two rooms were clean and quiet and next to each other. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff were very attentive and we were able to leave luggage after checking out until needed for our journey home.
