To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Room 540 was brilliant and also had room 349 & 341 which were both excellent. Staff were magnificent. Very well trained and consistently of high quality right across the hotel. Celebrated a big Birthday on our visit, reception staff noticed on check in. Spoiled us with bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room. Lovely Surprise. Will highly recommend to Friends and Family who travel to Madrid

BelgiumWhat I did not like too much was I had a room without a street view so no direct sunlight. The floor of the room was damaged. The safe did not work even when I asked three days in a row to fix it. Some drawers in the closet were broken.
The location is perfect, The rooftop is amazing, and the look of the hotel is very beautiful. The pool is nice and clean and the bar is inviting. Nice cocktails!

United KingdomI would prefer not to have had music piped outdoors all day long as it is a nice place to sit and quietly read - music would be fine just in the evening.
We took a mezzanine room so had an upstairs lounge area which made it spacious. Lovely service and particularly enjoyed the upstairs bar area, and outdoor seating which was a great place to relax.
