Stayed in single room which was absolutely fine. Bed frame could’ve been more sturdy-seemed to move a little when I moved during the night, but not a huge problem. Room was at back, View was ok of hills with only a bit of tiled roof obscuring slightly. Not a problem for myself as got a good price for the single room and I was out hiking/at beach m/relaxing on the lounge beds at front of hotel most of the time. If staying as a couple,I would definitely pay for balcony/sea view.

Very relaxed and clean vibe in hotel. Friendly and helpful sraff. Lots of breakfast options.Only 20min relaxing stroll to harbour and main town. Beachfront and lovely part of the beach too.

When we initially arrived, we were put in a tiny room that opened out onto a shared patio. It had no privacy and we didn't feel that it warrented the price of our stay. However we were moved very quickly to a superior room when we spoke to Daniel at reception.

Lovely hotel. Very central and a wonderful stroll into the centre on the promenade. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel itself beautifully laid out with plenty of sunbeds available. We swam in the sea which is literally across the road, and the beach is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the prom too. Our room was lovely ,with effective air conditioning and a well maintained bathroom.

The reason l only gave 3 stars was the sea water. If you read the local press you will see that there is a problem with E.coli. There are no warning signs. A local woman told me so l asked the life guard and l was told the water is tested by scientists. However, the yellow flag related to the most recent test result which was 3 days ago.She said she couldn't tell me whether it should be red, yellow or green for that day as they just waited for the latest result to be phoned through. There are no warning signs...horrifying. Please sort the sea. We want to return to the hotel next year. She tried to blame it on the rain, but l have been swimming in Puerto Pollenca and Son Baulo for 30 years ( with a brake since COVID) and rain is never a problem. E.coli doesn't originate from rain !

The food was lovely , the settng is excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is very clean and a wonderfully relaxing place to stay and would love to return next year.

Requested a front beach view but got a side view, which you could only see the sea if you crocked your neck. Sheets didn’t fit bed properly. And could do more to accommodate people with food allergies.

We were very Disappointed that although we had paid extra for a room with a lovely partial sea view and the same of the gardens it was so so designed that not once in the day did the sun come on our balcony.

The location was amazing! Right on the beach and walking distance to town centre. The property was beautiful and had many amenities including a rooftop pool, spa, gym and a lot of great seeting.

The first room (a junior suite) had a small living room which wasn’t worth having, and had cheap furniture and a cramped balcony. We moved to a corner room (not a suite) for a much better balcony with great views. The rooftop pool is plunge pool size only.

Great location, directly opposite the beach. Hotel is a little out of town which was great for us - quieter but an easy walk in. Good beach bar across the road and plenty of grocery shops nearby.

Other guests claiming sunloungers and then not using them all day. Getting a taxi was hard and could take up to 45 minutes (except to airport which could be booked in advanced). We did not get the type rooms that we booked on the website which was frustrating for some in our party.

Buffet Breakfast was good and enjoyed a pre dinner drink at the front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free beach towels and bike hire from the hotel (for a small fee). Access to the beach and sunloungers at the front of the hotel. Hotel is well maintained.

The main area for restaurants and bars is about a 15min walk away, if its hot (and it was) prepare to take your time!

Nearly everything is good about this resort.

Excellent staff. Well located. Very clean. A little mean with water and can only buy small bottles with meals but that seems to be a cartel agreement in Mallorca. I shall take my running rehydration pack to meals next time!!

Decoration of rooms was outdated, but I heard they will refurbish all rooms year end.

Great location. Staff was really friendly. Super breakfast. Very calm. All kinds of activities very close: padel, tennis, golf, kite, sailing, you name it.

Rooms need a bit of modernisation but that’s the style so it works. Beds maybe need an upgrade.

Beautiful as in pictures. No difficulty getting sun beds or seats by pool which are all of high quality. Can stroll over to beach for a sea swim in 30 seconds. Very relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for middle age to older people.
