The perfect location, in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and the vibrant part of the city. A bicycle rental location is 1 minute away. The apartment is nice, the one in building A, which we had, didn't really look like the pictures (the pictures were nicer). The bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable, but overall it was an exceptional choice

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The location was great and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Although very central it was in a quiet square away from all the tourists. Staff very reachable by WhatsApp.

Lovely brand new apartments, everything you need for a few days in the old town, excellent location. We asked for extra towels and everything was accommodated.

Reception booked us a taxi for final morning to take us to metro station, we waited for 10 mins from booked time, then asked reception to chase for us, taxi firm then said would be another 10 minutes. 25 mins after booked time we gave up and walked to Xativa metro station, only took 10 minutes and pavements and squares are smooth and no problem with wheeled cases. Metro is great way to get to airport.

The apartments are around two small squares less than 5 mins walk from the Cathedral so in the heart of the old town. We had a 3rd floor apartment, with view of square below from 2 Juliet balconies. Well equipped kitchen, excellent bathroom and comfortable living and dining area. Valencia old town is full of historical interest and museums and galleries. Shops , restaurants and bars. City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanographic are a must see, go by line 10 tram from Alacant metro station. The tourist bus trip to Albuferia marshes and lagoon and boat tour is an easy way to get a flavour of that area. A fabulous week and accommodation to match.

Directions to the property would have helped. GPS in the area was not good for us.

Property was very central. Nice restaurants in the area. Architecture of Valencia was beautiful. Although there was a lot going on in the area you were not disturbed by noise.

The streets are a bit noisy around midnight (workers cleaning up the streets) but nothing unbearable. I had good wifi with my iPhone, but my laptop was struggling to connect, and I could only connect to wifi occasionally. This may be related to laptop security settings, though.

Very nice location in the historical city center. Good bed. Easy check-in despite late arrival. Very clean flat with all needed facilities.

The location was excellent right in the heart of the Cathedral area with everything nearby. The apartment was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. There is a number of lovely bars and excellent restaurants on your doorstep.

There were aspects that bothered us. Poor sound insulation inside the building and the apartment. Being the apartment next to the elevator, all the traffic seemed to pass through our apartment. We also had the misfortune to have as neighbors on the upper floor probably a family with children, and who in the evening had a program to demolish everything around, moving the furniture. It was terrible. Regarding the equipment of the kitchen, I would suggest having kitchen towels (made of paper), basic spices, because for a stay of 3-5 days you don't have to buy kg or packages of these things.

Excellent location, in the center of the old city center, with access to the metro, bus at a distance of approx. 5-600m. All tourist attractions in the old town can be reached on foot. You really don't have anything to do with a car (although there is a parking space), but narrow and very narrow streets, full of tourists. The apartments are new (although we are in the old center), spacious, clean, well equipped, access by elevator. Around dozens of restaurants, small shops and of course the Mercado Central where you can find everything you need

Shower over bathtub, with no handrails for support. Also, layout of toilet and bidet which made using the shower more difficult.

The fridge might need changing soon, as it didn’t get that cold. This was the only minor issue we had.

This property is in a great location! Two minutes walk from the cathedral and main square. It’s also a short walk to the Carmen and Ruzafa districts. The property was clean, and the bed was very comfy!

Details on how to use the hob and washing machine are a little rudimentary - some more detail would be helpful.

Modern clean apartments in side streets just off the Placa de la Reine - a wonderful central location with all of the old city sights within a 5-10 minute walk. We were there for Las Fallas so we knew it would be noisy outside (and it certainly was!) but once the festival was over the streets around were quiet and peaceful. Good facilities in the apartment with comfortable beds and ample towels. Did not bring a car which was just as well because the on-site parking is inaccessible during Las Fallas.
