Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWindow without a view - or the view of the internal area with other windows - not the greatest architecture and feature of the hotel. That also made the room dark at daytime.
Generally decent if a bit dated hotel Convenient location for either airport or Maspalomas, if you drive, able to park on the road as well. Also good base for some cycling roads.

United KingdomN/A the quality of the bacon at breakfast can improve a lot, and the sausages... Those are not English breakfast sausages, they are just frankfurts...
I liked everything. Even the mattress and the pillows, which are my big complaint in all the hotels I visit because they are usually way too soft for my liking. The place is very clean, rooms are huge, and invidual beds are bigger than a classic individual but smaller than a double! It's brilliant. Rooftop is great, nice size swimming pool.

Ideal for airport, easy parking adjacent. Bar and food lovely for me as a single traveller.

IrelandThere were not enough power sockets in the bedroom. Particularly, next to the bed.
Very easy to find from the airport and the level of comfort and quality of food in the restaurant was better than I had expected at the price.

BelgiumThough there is enough variation, we think the presentation of the breakfast could do with some refinement, for example the eggs and bacon are always cold, and the 'charcuterie' is put on a plate without separating the slices; a lot of people are sharing the breakfast hall so there is always spilled food which is to be taken with a spoon out of a big pot (several kinds of cereals)
Second time we spent several nights at this hotel. The room is well kept, with very comfortable beds, sheets are renewed after 3 days, daily cleaning of the room. In January you do not need the airco but sleeping with an open window is hindered by traffic noise, which is least in the early hours. Overall spacious feeling in the hotel, the entrance hall, the breakfast hall, and the corridors, high ceiling in the room and spacious cupboard and bathroom. Good coffee from a machine at breakfast. The hotel has a favourbale location close to the GC-1.

EstoniaThe proximity to the highway meant that the balcony was not only dusty but also constantly noisy, which was a drawback for those seeking peace and quiet. Additionally, the thin walls of the hotel posed an issue; whenever the neighbors decided to have a party, it felt like an involuntary invitation to join in due to the noise. On the fitness front, while the gym was functional, it clearly showed signs of wear and could benefit from modernization. The general state of the hotel also indicated a need for some fresh paint, suggesting a bit of neglect in maintaining the property's appearance. For vegan guests, the breakfast options were quite limited. The basics were covered with soy milk, cornflakes, bread, beans, and some fruits and pickled vegetables. However, if you prefer a wider variety of vegan choices like plant-based butter or cheese, it's advisable to bring your own, as the hotel doesn't provide these options. Furthermore, the town itself isn't very accommodating for vegans, with the notable exception of Telepizza, which offers a couple of vegan pizza options. Overall, while the hotel covers the basic necessities, it falls short in comfort and catering to specific dietary needs.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location is exceptionally convenient - just a five-minute walk from major bus stops and a large shopping mall. Even the central street is a leisurely 10-minute stroll away. The staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and the complimentary shuttle bus service they offer, which added great value to my stay. Comfort is paramount in any hotel, and this one did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bedsheets were impeccably clean. Having a minifridge in the room to store personal food items was a thoughtful touch. The washrooms were not only well-maintained but also spotlessly clean, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also boasts a nice bar in the lobby, which was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or business meetings.

EstoniaNo complains.
Needed room near Airport as we had early flight. 7 min drive from hotel to airport. We could park our car to backside of hotel at street with no cost at all but hotel had parking garage also. Breakfast started 6.00 so we could sip coffee and croissant before leaving. Nice beds and linen. Liked 2 different pillows to choose. Slept like baby.

United States of AmericaNot many great restaurants nearby.
We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. For sake we based a rental car as the airport shuttle wasn’t available due to holidays. We can easily find parking in front of the hotel and didn’t have to pay 10 euros for the underground parking. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. Buffet breakfast starts at 6:30 - great for an early flight.
