Staff was not very friendly. Had to park in a public garage even though they said there was parking on premises. And the public lot was full so we had to wait in the lot for spaces to open up(high season due to Feria). With all the hotels we stayed at, in Adulucia, ranking on quality of rooms, location, parking ,and staff, we would give this hotel the lowest score, and we paid a lot more for the room prob because of the City of Sevilla and hotels more expensive. Just don't feel it was the best value for our money that's all. And with the amount we paid for the room, you would think coffee and pastry would be provided.

The rooms were very clean and roomy. Location was very good.

We stayed at this hotel during Semana Santa, and were thrilled with the location, since the processions went right by our window (that caused a bit of a wait to actually be able to check in, but it was exciting to be right in the middle of it all). The room was very nicely sized for a family with two teenagers--two twin beds in two separated rooms. The shower was fantastic! The hotel location was right in the middle of old town, so we could walk everywhere.

It's not really the hotels problem but bringing a car to Seville is a little frustrating. The hotel tries to cater with it's own underground parking but this is limited... in resolve they send you to another public are park at the shopping centre a kilometre away. We also arrived early and concierge helped us by taking our case for the day... however when we returned, reception could not find the case. Turned out to be in our room but they could seem to find away to manage this scenario. A shame for an otherwise fair hotel.

We were touring so only stayed one night... and to this end the Venecia is fine if a little on the expensive for our week in Andalusia.

The bit you are not told is that the parking comes at a cost....a significant one at 30% of the room rate. If your car is larger than a reasonable sized hatchback you might consider getting Richard Hammond to drive it in and out for you. Pillows a bit skimpy and request for a second one although promised was not fulfilled.

Good central location with easy exot route. Close to main attractions and the river where you can take a short pleasure trip or hop on a city tour bus and see many of tje sights.

Location was amazing! Right in the old town with so much character, only a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shops. The Alameda De Hercules which is just down the road is not full of tourists at all, we felt as if we had walked into the local community. 15 mins walk to the Cathedral and a little further to the Alcazar. Hotel was clean and comfortable, not very traditional but worth the money. Would definitely recommend it.

as somevwhere to sleep and location wise it's great. It has no facilities at the moment though. Can't even get a cold drink, no jug or fridge in room. No laundry facilities, no business centre. Avoid car park- really inconvenient to access and difficult to negotiate. Avoid street side rooms- extremely noisy

Don't trust the cleaners! The manager was also very rude even though the cleaner admitted she had taken some of our stuff...

Great location and other staff very nice

Felt ripped off by manager. Originally booked for 1 but friend joined me and manager charged me 50% more for extra person. Same room so only cost to hotel was clean towel and water for shower. Be careful when dealing with this unethical hotel manager.
